Terrible service and highly inept staff manning the counter at 6:30 pm.
I have been using my FLBOGO offer since the past couple of days at various Subway locations. For some reason it didn’t work for my order yesterday at another Subway location, yet that staff at the counter was super accomdating and kind to help me apply the offer at check out.
However, when i faced the same issue here today, the staff here at Gurnee mills from the get-go refused to even hear my issue out, let alone offer any solution. They were highly condescending and shut me down by saying no such offer existed, even when I showed them my coupon.
Just hire people with better customer training, or a supervisor for those 2 guys at the counter. Or just shut down the place.
Highly disappointing and I most probably won’t be back.
