First off, I am (was) a long time Auntie Anne’s customer. Today my snack of one pretzel dog was $14 (FOURTEEN) dollars. I pay less for a gourmet hamburger. I was actually looking for a ferris wheel nearby, as this meal reminded me of carnival/fair food prices. Mypretzel today was ok, but a bit doughy toward the inside of the pretzel. The lemonade wasn’t anything special, either. If rent has made Auntie Anne’s raise their prices this much, a company rethink may be in order. I can afford eating here, I will just choose not to in the future, so as not to be insulted again. Good luck!

Terrible service and young lady with the worst attitude for no reason whatsoever. It says Cadence on my receipt. She should be in the back working. I saw several other reviews with the same complaints, and the pretzel tasted old shortly after opening. Not returning.

I ordered the regular pretzel bites and was excited to try the cinnamon sugar one, but I was disappointed. They were served cold, and literally looked& tasted like were about to be thrown out and the cinnamon sugar pretzel looked overcooked. I’ve had better elsewhere.
Please make sure, No matter the time(opening/closing)food should be served fresh and at the right temperature. This experience makes me think twice about coming back to Auntie Anne’s. Wasted 16$

Do not wait for an oder that is waiting to cook!!! UGH. I paid and came back 20 minutes later like told to but waited 10 more minutes. Should have just bought something they had cooked I guess but wanted meat not just bread or sweet.
People working there could be a little more friendly . Guy who took my order was nice but others were quiet and uninterested. Maybe its because I look like a middle age white Karen and they thought I was going to blow about waiting… LOL! Not my style though. I worked in food industry a long time ago, I get it.

Long lines, unfriendly staff on their phones, and the pretzels aren’t full size. Usually love auntie sinned but this was a disappointing location.

So this location states online, that they close at 8. Well I arrived at 7:11pm and was told that they could not make me 4 fresh pretzels due to them closing soon. I am a bit confused because if they close at 8, then that leaves about 45 mins of time before the close of business. On top of that, the team member was very condescending and rude about it. It cost nothing to be polite and to do your job. I love Auntie Annie’s, but your unprofessional staff will indeed be the cause of alot of lost business.

I usually love them but they sold me burnt pretzels, I didn’t notice until I got home and was so disappointed…they should have been trashed when they accidentally burnt them not sold to the customer.
