The beef brisket was good. It had both a juicy part (which I liked) and a low free part which resembled boiled meat which I didn’t like as much but it went well with the sauce. Pork ribs were pretty solid. They didn’t fall off the bone and were not ultra tender but still were above average. Slaw as a side was nice, the mac and cheese was really great, among the best I’ve tried. The potato chips were fine but nothing extraordinary. They also served corn muffins with the meat and they were pretty nice too. Overall it’s a borderline 5 star experience given fairly high prices – not top notch but good enough and the portions are definitely very generous. Maybe a smarter way to order is just ordering one tray for 2 people and adding some more meat instead of ordering two trays. I wouldn’t go there deliberately if the drive takes more than 20 mins but if you are around, it’s a good smoke house to try.

Worth the wait. Small place, big flavor. Got a table for 9, cocktails were tasty, “Golden Hour” recommended. Kids menu offered bbq and non, accommodating all the eaters in our party. After a day outside it was the exact meal we were hoping for to fill up. FYI Don’t park near the smoker, plenty of room in the lot.

Wings were outstanding. Loved all the little house made sauces and liked that it had its own menu. We stopped in for a quick bite and beveragino amd it did not disappoint. Highly recommend if your in the area.

Ridiculously phenomenal food and honestly it’s all so savoury. We ate slowly to enjoy all the bursting flavors. From the pulled pork tacos, to the smash burger, to the melt in your mouth only need a fork brisket this place is ten stars. They also have an excellent selection of cocktails and beer. The staff is working their tails off in a small space and doing it with a smile. It has been years since we were this impressed with meal. Oh and don’t forget the delectable smores cookie then roll yourself home to bed.

Exactly what I would expect from a grill: deliciously smoked food, great service, good prices.
The smoker is outside the building, and you can actually watch the guy smoke the food. I like the authenticity.
The waitress was so sweet, and gave us all extra HOMEMADE sauces, as many as we wanted to take home.
The food was so amazing… the ribs were right on, and the sauce made it even better. The coleslaw was also so, so good. Unfortunately I put 4 stars because the mac wasn’t tasteful, but the sauce added to it and made it palatable.
Thank you again for such a great experience. We’ll try to come back, as it’s an hour drive, but it was worth it.

Severely overpriced. We got a brisket sandwich and the waitress recommended the brisket platter over the ribs. The brisket was dry. Not lean, but dry. The smoked Gouda mac and cheese was excellent. Cole slaw had too much pepper. Pickles were sliced too thin. Corn bread was dry and forgettable. Fries were pretty good. Dining area was small and simple but clean and functional.

Was there last night with a big group of friends from childhood for the weekend to ski. The vibe in there was incredible and our waitress was fantastic. Don’t even get me started on the food, first off those wings and i proceeded to try my friends brisket which was amazing and i had the pulled pork tacos that were incredible. This place has their own sauces that just compliment the meal so well. Keep crushing it!!

Me and my fiance came out to Vermont for a few days to ski and we stumbled upon this amazing bbq restaurant, I had one of the best burgers I’ve had in my life and their smoked wings were incredible too. The waitress was all super nice and helpful as well! Definitely a must go after skiing at the mountain .
