Stopped in while visiting family in St James and always have to stop and see Gabe at Main Street Pizza Cafe . They make one of my favorite Sicilian pies in Suffolk county. Crust is crunchy but not overcooked, not piled high doughy , good sauce and cheese ratio. 5 s up. Also one of the better deals on 2 slices , around $6 whereas other places are in the $7-8 range for less quality pizza. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Not sure why I see some of the lower ratings, been coming here for 20+ years and always consistently great. Parking is a little tricky if it’s busy but worth finding a place to park.

Really terrible customer service and attitude. The business is set up on door dash w $0 delivery fee and you can’t add notes for modification. I called before placing the order and was told to place the order then calm back. After doing so the guy got rude saying he isn’t sending a driver unless I pay $20 despite the contract w door dash. I wouldn’t even want the food at this point, and if the chicken was added my delivery would come to $16

I have been living in kings park for some time now and i have yet to try this place – with all the pizza paces here this place is amazing and deserves alot of recognition. I went today and I got both a grandma and sausage and pepperoni slice and it was really great. Service was great and food was awesome! Also a big place to sit etc. def will b returning here

I use to come here years ago when I lived in kings park. Loved everything. Haven’t been back in 8 years. Came back and have noticed a huge change. Not as clean as it was. Which it’s not a deal breaker. What was .. was the pin wheel cold and raw. The middle wasn’t even semi cooked. It was cold and as raw as it can get. Sad to see one of my favorite pizza spots not keeping up with the quality they had prior. Slices were great though

My family and i have been ordering from this establishment for years. At least once a week. After putting in another delivery request and not receiving it for over 2 hours, we call and they not only give us an attitude and tell us NO it was delivered, but they also coincidentally sent their delivery driver home an hour ago. If the pizza was delivered, we wouldn’t be calling and I wouldn’t have to scramble to feed my kids something else at 8pm at night now.
Not only that, but the apparent “owner” on the phone tells me that our third party (slice app) individual who called to ask about it couldn’t even speak English and he couldn’t understand a word he said. Then, continues to basically call us liars over a $20 pie. Absolute disgrace, rude and racist. Never ordering again!!

I ordered 1 small cheese pizza for 13 doller .. I asked the price before ordering.. after having the food, they charged for 16.37 doller.. while the big size pizza was 17 doller.. while I asked why they are charging me higher the owner said it was for cheese.: what the heck.. what was that .. then why he didn’t tell me about it earlier??
