The people answering the phone informed me that the Burger Experience is their online business. I ordered a promo on UberEATS for a buy one get one burger. I only received one but the receipt clearly showed two. The manager simply said “oh, I never heard of that promo before” and “we can’t do anything please contact uber”.
This is clearly a cash grab business that offers no customer service or help when they make a mistake. The worst part is that it probably effects the employees who have to deal with this extra “online business” and the tips of the drivers trying to make a living delivering food! Smokey Bones and The Burger Experience have lost my business.

One of the best burgers I’ve had from a restaurant. I ordered the classic cheeseburger, under customize I clicked no onion, they skipped everything and just sent burger patty with cheese on the bun. I will say the burger was cooked perfectly and the fries had a little smoky flavor to them. Best ghost restaurant burger so far!

I have never had such terrible luck with a restaurant, it’s like the employees don’t even bother reading the whole order and throw on what they think you want. I continue to order it because my son loves it and I let him pick lunch as a treat but in the last several orders I have had raw onions in place of the sautéed ones that were advertised, my drinks were completely forgotten, I continually ask (and pay for) the xtc sauce on the side and never receive it, and today the mushrooms were left off of my burger, did not receive the side sauce I orders, and forgot straws- that’s just basic things that shouldn’t be forgotten. This place is honestly a joke, I’m not sure who they’re employing there but I think it’s time to stop coming to work high.

They had a special on Uber Eats and claimed they were “sold out” of the buy one get one burgers at 3:30 pm. So youre telling me the only thing they make (burgers) could not be made. Absolutely awful humans.
