Faviour chinese restaurant in white plains! Did eat in & take out couple times, never get disappointed.
I still remembered when I first tried this restaurant, I was scaried by all the negative comments, but decided to give it a try. And that’s out of my expectations. Not sure why ppl wrote all these bad reviews(maybe competitor?), never have those experiences for me though.

This Chinese spot is dirty and expensive I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for people to go to. And they give you a tiny bit of food.

BE CAREFUL EATING HERE !! My husband and I were having dinner he had ordered pork fried rice and chicken wings while breaking and eating into his chicken it was still raw with blood coming out of it , he threw up from disgust , and the rice was not yellow but brown like it had been sitting there all day , we immediately asked for refund and the lady you see there said it was well done because it had been hot , it absolutely was not well done blood coming out of the fried chicken so sad because I actually liked going there . Never again

The place delivered the order to the wrong building which is across the street. I couldn’t figure out who had sent it so I called the number on the receipt. A disabled lady was waiting for her food. We called to let her know that they delivered the food to us and she needed to call them and have them send her a new order. INSTEAD of sending her a new order they came back to my apartment and retook the food back to take it to her!!! I called her to let her know that they weren’t giving her a new fresh order. PLEASE SHARE

Nice local Chinese spot. I had the General Tso’s chicken with plain fried rice and thought it was good. I called ahead for my order and it was promptly made. No complaints there. My mom ordered the pork fried rice with ribs and it was fine. The ribs weren’t cooked that great and made her a little sick but she said the rice was good. I would give this place another chance since I liked my meal and they gave us two eggs rolls included which was nice. Let’s see how next time goes.

I called to order some food. Lady said I can’t get a plate / entree with noodles and beef in one corner and chicken in the other. I would have to pay for each separately. I kindly asked why it’s like that, they’re the 2nd Chinese restaurant I’ve called. I told the lady, “I don’t mean to make comparison but Panda Express is like this, why are y’all like that?” She said “we are takeout, not American Express” and hung up on me. Rude.

I never do neg reviews bc I don’t want to hurt a business but….. hopefully they read their reviews and do better. We had chicken and broccoli, not bad. We also ordered sesame chicken combination. Basically lots of breading and very little chicken, in some cases no chicken so end up discarding bite after bite, and you are filled with regret while you try to finish.
