Ordered Rosemary New York sour, dirty martini and a blackened manhattan. All the drinks were very well made by Zac and team. Prosciutto wrapped dates were really good too. We got bar seats and the service was excellent. Overall vibe was great and the bathrooms were very clean. We could see the pizzas being made and it smelled great in there. Will definitely try their pizza next time.

12 out of 10. Flight is amazing, this will be my goto Pizza spot in Charlotte. Firstly the atmosphere is nicely designed, I love the lounge chill feel. Kate was amazing with helping me decide on wines, sauces, and her favorites – ASK FOR HER! The Strawberry Fields cocktail was AMAZING 10 out of 10. You guys have to try Flight on a good chill Sunday! Listen the Pepperoni Pizza with the Hot Honey sauce & Ranch is TOP TIER! It’s more sweet than spicy. But if you want to take it up a notch, add the Chili sauce but this is spicy! So I only recommend to my spice lovers the added Chili sauce. Y’all I’m in love with this place, please check them out. ❤️

Cool vibes and good wine sum up my experience at Flight. They offer several different wine flights which is very helpful when trying different wines. The short Rib pizza and the oven-baked cookie were amazing! I wanted to love the lamb chops but the coffee flavor overpowered the lamb and it was not for me. The overall experience was pleasant and I would return.

This beautiful restaurant is tucked in a strip full of restaurants, but really shines on its own. Because of all the restaurants, parking is a bit tight. The decor was so cute with chandeliers, curtains and wood. The service was attentive, but not intrusive. We had a lovely time. The wine flights are so fun and the food was really good! Great for a date night or a girls night out.

Went to flight and really enjoyed the overall experience.
It was a rainy evening which messed up their seating so we were sat at the bar and moved to a table 30 minutes after our reservation, but we were able to order apps and drinks at the bar.
As an app we ordered the fried artichokes and really enjoyed them, I do wish there were a few more peppers as they paired nicely with the dish.
We were recommended the smokehouse pizza and really enjoyed it.

3.5 stars. It was good, I’d go back, but nothing stood out food wise. There wasn’t anything really outstanding or different that made me sit up and say wow! Pizza was good, but not great or different. The appetizer was good, a ricotta whip to dip toast points into, but seriously there were only a couple pieces of bread, not enough bread to really share the dish with more than two, but there was enough dip for at least 4 people. The salad was OK, a little salty with what I think was a meat added into it, but the add on was an odd texture. Atmosphere was pretty cool, but I feel the menu needs some expansion and different items. I’d go back to try something else and enjoy the atmosphere, but I would not be back if it was just for the food. I hope the menu improves because it was a neat atmosphere

Went here on Thursday and it was amazing! Food was delicious, we got the pig fig pizza and added hot honey ! We also got a couple of cocktails and the meatballs, all so good! Finished with an espresso martini and tiramisu, def recommend. The vibe was nice, dressier than other places and classy decorations.

This is the second time I’ve been to Flight in Charlotte, North Carolina. The first time I went it was right when they opened and it wasn’t the best experience. We ordered a bottle of wine and they charged us an additional $10. They made it right but was strange. Went back last night. It was OK. The one thing I find interesting is they’re called flight, but they do not offer flights of wine. Wasn’t that the whole point of the restaurant? I’m not sure. They have a decent selection of different wines by the glass. I also found it interesting that it’s a wine bar, but the servers had to look at a cheat sheet to describe the wines. On their website, they make it like the servers are very knowledgeable with wine and will steer you in the right direction. Our server was OK. She was very swift and accommodating in the beginning but then disappeared for about 25 minutes even though she was helping the tables on either side of us. Luckily, the salad came out very quickly. My friend and I shared the Spanish Caesar. It was very good. Had great flavor and the dressing was the perfect ratio. We each had a pizza. Mine was fine for Charlotte. I ordered the Salsiccia- Spicy Portuguese Sausage, Red Onion, Sweet Peppers, Mozzarella, Fontina & Red Sauce. The pizza is really for two people. I brought most of it home. I also added Burrata and mushrooms to it. I found it weird the burrata was under all of the toppings. The best part of the meal was the ricotta cheesecake. It was definitely homemade and absolutely delicious. I would go back just for that. It was also pricey. My pizza ended up being $31 with the additions. I also drank a lot of wine and the Pinot Noir was $19 a glass…. I should’ve just gotten the bottle… the space is very inviting and rustic. I highly recommend sitting in the room by the bar. The room on the side is very cold and plain….

I’m pretty picky when it comes to pizza, but this place delivers. The homemade ricotta changes by the season and has been delicious each time. The wine list is good and the ambiance has old-world charm.

I have to agree with some of the comments. The food is lackluster. It’s good and the portions are size-able, but the flavor and depth is lacking for the price point. The service was lackluster was well. The espresso martini was decadent and rich however! The atmosphere and design of the place is beautiful and in a prime location. We got the meatballs, tuna confit, brussels salad, focaccia, pizza and the stuffed fried olives. I would probably only recommend the brussels salad.
