I came here at 7:45pm and the cashier was outside talking to her family in the parking lot, when they saw me pull up,the employee looked at me and went inside. But never came to the take my order. Drove across the street to see if they were closing up.. nope, just walking around on the clock like they don’t have anything to do. One I don’t understand why these lil kids get jobs, if you’re going to do bare minimum work. And what’s crazy is that the family was there and thinking that’s cool. But then when you’re child grows up with no work ethic, lazy, and grown as heck still under your roof, you’ll act like you don’t know what happened to them. The whole point of a teen having a job is to be responsible and make money. Not to be lazy and talk to friends/family on the clock. That job could have been given to an adult who actually needs the money for bills. That’s why we have so many over grown Children still working at the same jobs that they had in high school.. over it.. don’t apply for a place if you don’t want to work.. It couldn’t be that stressful cutting up fruits& veggies all day.

Terrible Terrible management! I pulled up to the airport store at the loop at about 3:45pm i pulled up to the drive up. The lady said we can’t take no more orders. I didn’t ask why just pulled off

You can never reach anyone at this store on the phone. The young lady’s there are nice. But that doesn’t help when you have an issue. The online service is a headache when placing orders. Placed an order. Couldn’t reach anyone on the phone. Is been now a whole week. No one from Smoothie King has contacted me. And Doordash is No HELP AT ALL.

Great customer service! I got an email saying I ordered $60 worth of smoothie king to be delivered to an address that was not even mine. I did not authorize this purchase. I made one call to this store and they handled it/cancelled it before the delivery got out the door and i was refunded in less than an hr. Thank you!!

I just wanted a smoothie. I raced from work to try and make it there on time I pull in at 7:47 they close at 8 I thought that might be enough time but I waited in the drive way until 7:58 after saying hello several times I’m told they are closed. I get it’s close to closing time but you didn’t have to do me like that I could’ve went somewhere else maybe on my lunch break but I chose your establishment and in return I wasted my whole lunch break on something I never got.

Good for the most part. Quick service. Friendly staff. I come here very often. Only complaint is I always ask for a Plastic cup as they request but 95% of the time they forget and put it in a styrofoam anyway. I can’t stand styrofoam. So at the window when I remind them I requested plastic after theyve made it, they unceremoniously dump it out of the styrofoam cup and into a plastic one in front of me. And I lose slight product as a result. Also just not a good look. Also, I order the same smoothie and size but the price is sometimes slightly different each visit for some reason. Great smoothies and lovely attitudes nonetheless.

Don’t show up here if it’s any time near 8. Showed up at 750 and doors were locked. Just move closing hour up to 7 if you are going to close early so people don’t waste their time like I did.
