My husband and I stopped in for lunch last Saturday. The sandwich was great, but the girl behind the counter was extremely rude. At the beginning of the food line is a sign to download the app for specials. So, while my husband was ordering, I quickly downloaded the app and was actually a little excited about it. I ordered my sandwich and go to the register when I asked her to scan my app. She extremely rude and loud informed me that the do not accept the app. I said ma’am, your sign is right there. She said that they are an independently owned. I said I believe that all Subways are independently owned. Your sign encourages customers to download the app for savings. If you are not going to honor it, then remove your signs. The girl was so rude and if this is how you treat your customers, you might need to rethink customer service. As for the coupons and or the app, you truly make Subway look bad. Next time, I will find another location.

I was hungry and it was late for lunch so I stopped by to get a sandwich gave my order for a 12” outlaw on herb and cheese bread. I remembered that a coworker gave me a coupon for a free cookie and brought it up when I get both girls behind the counter yell at me that they don’t take coupons! Ok fine so I cancelled the order at most she might have had steak on the bread. But fear not cookie lovers there is another subway less than a mile from there at the loves truck stop that will take your coupons, just get back on cedar lake rd go under the interstate and there you will see the loves truck stop and subway sign.

On June 7 This woman had a very nasty attitude. I feel sorry for the new Hire who is being trained by her. when I was being provided bad service, I asked if this place was a franchise and I was correct. This woman did not provide to me her name, but I will be putting a review for the Better Business Bureau. UPDATE: To prove I had such terrible service at this location I actually drove to 2108 East Pass Rd. and had excellent service after driving there minutes later

Stopped by this subway Saturday evening and had a coupon to use and there was a sign in the window that stated they were no longer accepting coupons. Then they shouldn’t mail them out. Threw coupon away and didn’t even enter store and never will again. Update. Received new subway coupons in the mail 4 days after initial stop so I went by again to see if I could use and the picture says all. Went by this subway again today 7/24 and still won’t take coupons. Yet Subway continues to Mail new coupons to my home

I had trouble placing my order online so I went ahead and went in and was worried because I had several items to order. But the young lady working handled it wonderfully. She was efficient and fast, and made sure to give me awesome service even tho I forgot a few items and she had to back track to fix my order. I wish I would’ve caught her name to give her the recognition she deserves but she was awesome. Our sandwiches tasted good, the store was super clean, and of course like I said the service was amazing.

Very Nice & Clean restaurant. The Staff is incredibly awesome. The General Manager is a sweetheart. The new staff is amazing. The one girl, Lakeisha was super Spectacular! She was very polite and considerate. I will be coming back!!

The new owners and staff of this Subway Restaurant are fantastic. The employee’s work stations are always stocked, clean, and presentable! The best part is that the employees and owners care about their customers. They are always willing to chat, ask you how your day is going, and go above & beyond in customer service. There were a few training hiccups at the beginning, however this location still outperforms any others in the area!

I always stop in for lunch and there is never the same staff. Today, there was a young Black male who was the most politest person I have encountered in a long while. He had such an awesome customer service attitude that is just rare. I wish would have gotten his name. I went in around 11:30am 7-9-21. Just an awesome young man. Oh and my sandwich was great, too. My sandwich was great, but there’s a young lady there who was calling the female customers “mama”. “What can I get you, mama?” “How can I help you, mama?” It was very annoying and unprofessional. I started to say something, but I didn’t want to say something in front of her manager (who should’ve already corrected the young lady, herself). I didn’t know how to say anything without humiliating or embarrassing her. But it really was annoying. Otherwise, my experience there was great.

We (my cousin and i) have been wanting subway for a few days. So we finally decided to stop by and get some….
1. No one was up front to greet us. There was a total of 3 workers there. They all came from the back and looked shocked that there was people in their lobby.
&
2. When the guy went to put on his hat he didn’t wash his hands after touching his long shaggy hair. That’s DISGUSTING and UNSANITARY. We asked him if he was going to wash his hands and he said no because he was going have gloves on. Ummmmmm hello after touching your hair you should automatically wash your hands it’s common sense!!!!
Will definitely not be coming back at all!
