Went in to redeem a free sandwich coupon. I was told I needed to do so by ordering with the app. I’m okay with that but when I mentioned to the worker that some of the options I like on my sandwich arent available on the app, so I asked the worker if I could order my sandwich on the app and customize the portions that aren’t available, he said cant do that.. he has to follow exactly whats on the reciept. I understand policy but this wouldnt be me exploiting anything and it isnt a big ask to add something (that isnt normally an additional charge no less). I dont think I’ll be coming back here again as the employee was unrelenting and also didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Not worth the time.

Unfortunately we were disappointed during our recent visit. This location was our favorite, but I believe the new minimum wage laws have negatively affected this shop.
The shop was busy with only one person working. She was fulfilling online orders and trying to tend to the walk-in customers. She was very very busy.
The bread was a bit on the stale side, the sandwiches were minimally filled, and the soda machine was out of many options. The price of one footlong, one six inch, three cookies and two drinks was $32.
Subway used to be a favorite, but it is no longer an affordable option for the quantity/quality of the sandwiches being served.

Great service here, and well-built sandwich and a salad. But my Subway jihad continues as long a they use fake olive oil. 90% vanilla and only 10% olive oil? Total bait and switch. Fortunately remembered to bring my own.

Customer service was horrible, We’ve been to plenty of different subways who all make sandwiches into salads. This one said they dont, felt like the lady in there just didnt want to work to be honest. She was upset the moment we walked in to get food. This was mothers day at 2pm.

I have to agree with the previous negative comments.
I am not someone who usually complains. I usually order food just as it is in the description of the menu.
I have had several bad experiences at this particular subway.
I will not go back again.
They are always out of some ingredient that is key to that particular item. The bread is never fresh. The ingredients do not get replaced all day. It’s the same prepared food they had before they opened in the morning.
Online ordering isn’t convenient. It’s not prepared ahead of time and you still have to wait when you are there for pickup. Or the opposite situation happens when they are making large online orders first and a long line is forming inside.
Understaffed with 1 employee total. The female manager walked away during the making of my sandwich as soon as an employee clocked in. She said “You do this”. I seen her proceed to sit down and take her cellphone out. I’ve witnessed her sitting in front of the store in her car for long periods of time.
I was a frequent customer but I will make my own sandwiches now.

The woman that prepared our sandwiches was very nice. I was happy that they had a note that you can “Order by Number and will do the rest“
However, I had to still answer a bunch of questions. Oh well, no big deal. When we went to pour our drinks the fancy soda machine was almost out of everything and they don’t have Ice Tea sad face. Our sandwiches were delicious and the pretzel was not so good.

Pretty Good! well done sandwiches, good customer service,etc. it is sometimes hard to hear the employees because of the music in the background, so I would suggest they turn that down a bit though lol
