Hokulia’s ice is not ground or gritty, but shaved into ultra thin ribbons. Come try one of our popular flavor combinations like The 808 or Alotta Colada, or make up your own! AMAZING customer service and AMAZING shaved ice! So many flavor options it’s hard to choose, I went with dreamsicle and strawberry daquiri with the sno top and it was *chefs kiss* shoutout to Izzy! Would highly recommend!!

This place has such a fine ice shaver that the shaved ice is actually soft in your mouth It is definitely our favorite!! I did red raspberry with a snow cap on it tonight probably don’t need that much on top it’s a good flavor but too much is too much. And the hubs likes tigers blood extra syrup. Tip: If you get the longboard which is the medium size you can get a lid for in the car.

I got the Kona Sunset with Mango, Guava, & Passionfruit. I got it snow capped, which is condense milk drizzle. I went around 8pm, and there was no line no waiting. The service was great. Not sure how busy it gets during the day or weekends but when I went there was a few people that had ordered before me, and even with that I only had to wait at most 10 min for my order. I definitely will go back.

EDIT: it has been a little inconsistent lately, service & quality. But the most recent experience was terrible. My husband ordered 2 long boards & one was Lilikoi aka Passion Fruit. When he said Lilikoi (it literally has it on their flavor list), the person taking the order said Li Hing Mui. He said no Lilikoi or passion fruit. They made it 3 times & all 3 times made the incorrect flavor. I don’t know if she was trolling at this point or just dumb. The ice wasn’t smooth on the bottom for either of our shaved ice, we had to let it sit out and melt a little to mix it together. I didn’t think to take a picture til a little after, but that was a downer because that was the cherry on top to stop going here.
ORIGINAL: Love this location. My husband says it’s just like the one in Maui, but I think the one in Maui has an even smoother consistency. Sometimes there’s ice chunks in the shaved ice at the bottom, but this is great regardless. I always get my shaved ice with sno-cap & vanilla ice cream. My go-to flavors are lime & blue raspberry, but I like to try different ones. So far I like POG, passion fruit, & strawberry.

A great place to come for a tropical vibe and great shave ice. The staff are always so friendly. The shave ice is delicious! Try your favorite flavor with ice cream in the middle and snow cap on the top. You won’t be disappointed!

The ice was above the rim with lots of flavoring! There was plenty (50) of flavors to choose from and some toppings or mix-ins you can also get. The tables were clean and had nice umbrellas to shade you.
