Neat idea of a mini food court and a bar. Similar to Charlotte’s Optimist Hall but on a very small scale. Two of our dishes from different restaurants each had a hair in them but both places handled it perfectly, and made it right. Honestly I think it grossed THEM out more than us. Would wego back, yes. Often? Probably not because the prices are pretty steep. The Skinny Buddha portions were tiny. The place next door had huge portions with regard to the philly cheesesteak. Like I mention, they handled the hair problem perfectly!

We had a good time wandering downtown Kannapolis on a Sunday afternoon, and we decided to stop in for lunch.
Nice atmosphere with a handful of restaurants to choose from and a bar area. Seating inside and out.
My spouse has an amazing chicken Parm from the pizza place and I went with a really good club sandwich from Blendz Lab. If you get a fountain drink, they give you a cup for a communal drink area (alas, no Barq’s root beer but thumbs up for cheerwine).
It’s a little on the pricey side but the quality was good and my club and potato salad were enough for me to take home leftovers. Looking forward to coming back!

Fun vibe at The Bank Food Hall in Kannapolis! Wife loved her Blendz Lab salad. Sushi was good, bulgogi a bit bland, and the mule was weak. Only a few options open, but excited to come back when more spots are up and running!

Would give many more stars if I could. I absolutely love this place and the owners. They are always so kind when ordering and get stuff out quickly. This is also the best smoothie place I’ve been too. Everything is so fresh and the food is great too. They do not skimp on the fresh vegetables, fruit and meat! Whenever I order a salad or wrap it is always loaded with protein which is super appreciated. This food fueled me especially after I had my first daughter!

Another very nice & welcome addition to downtown Kannapolis! We were having a family outing on Saturday when we popped in to check it out!
Our son was hungry so he had a bite from one of the onsite food establishments! About to review it shortly. We really enjoyed the food hall concept. We come from Detroit & have visited plenty.
At the top of the stairs is a very cool Game Show Arena. Neat idea for getting groups of people together. Loved it! We will be back to play. We also met the guy who runs it and he was really excited to show us what it entails. I’ll be reviewing it soon! So follow me here for that!
We’ll also definitely come back to try more of the food and perhaps even have a drink at the bar.
Happy Exploring

Met my daughter here not realizing we had a choice of restaurants. Since we’d seen Big City Bites, we ordered from there. They text you once your order is ready and you go pick it up like Panera Bread. We bother enjoyed our meals. I got a salad and she got a chicken wrap. We got there about 11:40 and there was plenty of seating. Neat place. I’d recommend

Eh the rating here is mixed. You want to rate high because the food vendors are the reason you visit. But there are only four food vendors and then a “full” bar area. There is ample seating. However if they rearranged a few things and removed the car and upstairs game show they could probably get more food vendors. But all in all it’s ok. I in good conscience say this is the best food hall. But it isn’t terrible.

Good food, esp Big City Bites, nice variety of different foods, and the bar has good service to include CBD/THC drinks. Displaying a unique atmosphere that Kannapolis has. One of my favorite establishments in the area.

I am so happy this place opened up. While I love downtown Kannapolis, the food options are limited. They have a nice variety of food options from pizza to healthy smoothies and specialty bowls. There was also a bar with a wide variety of drinks options to make everyone happy.
I especially love how they leaned into the bank theme as they was a bank car on display and a vault that you could walk into.
In true food hall fashion, they had a wide open space in the center with lots of seating. Most of the seating was simple tables and chairs; yet they had some high tops and bench seating closer to the bar.
I am curious to see how the new west loop local will impact the bar. I plan to try it next. Either way, I’m truly excited for the growth that Kannapolis is experiencing. The Bank Food Hall is a great start!
