I ordered a chicken wrap and the lady said ok and ask me if I want wash browns and I said no thanks,I come all the time here and when I open the bag I see this food(not the chicken wrap) I said ok I will tell them tomorrow,when I came back the next day I explained the situation he said I can’t do nothing for you,honestly they lost a good customer just by the fact that they don’t care about you even though they did the mistake,I didn’t ask for free food I ask to get the right one I ordered

The bigger lady at the window is so rude. She doesn’t greet you nor get your order correctly even after I asked her to repeat it back to me when I got to the window. They speak their language and laugh in your face which is no way to treat a paying customer . How would she feel if I talked a different language & she was a paying customer! If I didn’t know God I would be back up there so she better thank him and get her act together !!

Don’t come!! Grossly overpriced ($7 coffee and sandwiches). Unsanitary conditions behind the counter. Poor service. Realized they forgot 3 of 7 items after we drove off (shame on us for not checking). They’re the only shop open early at the oasis and they think they can rip off their customers who stop. Better served going to the marathon gas station… TRASH

My spouse and I love Dunkin’ We always make sure to stop at one in every state we visit — at least twice a day. We have our own refillable container that we fill with plain coffee. Usually, they charge us like we’re getting a small or medium cup, around $2–$3. But here, they charged us as if it was an XL cup.
Anyway, the problem isn’t the price — it’s the sugar. When we asked for sugar, we were looked at like we were doing something wrong, almost like it was forbidden. And I even noticed them making fun of people among themselves. It didn’t feel nice at all.

The evening lady is so rude. She pointed at me when putting a drink and I thought it was mine and Tasted it. I ask this is not mine and I informed the owner I tasted. She shouted at me and she forced me take it. I frequently come pass through this plaza because I like the food in the building but this lady is so rude be cautious ⚠️ By the way the coffee ☕️ in the gas station down the street is half the price. Thank you rude lady next time for saving me money.

I had pre counted exact change for my order and I was 66 cents off. So as I got more change (took less than a minute) manager told me I was taking too long to pay and it’s my fault the customers behind me left. Told him it’s okay that I’m slow (trying to reassure myself) and he said No I have a business to run. Very rude and unprofessional. Felt discriminatory. He’s way older… business needs a more welcoming, educated environment in my opinion.

Twice the price and they get your order wrong. $8 for a sandwich with the wrong ingredients. Iced coffee also wasn’t made with the flavors requested. Never again. Flushed $15 down the toilet. Couldn’t even drink the coffee it was so bad.
