We just picked up a cheese pizza, meat lovers Pizza, chicken wings and breadsticks. Both pizzas were terrible. The cheese pizza was so over cooked and dried out. The meat lovers was the same way. Over cooked and very dried out. Both were cold. The breadsticks were cold and tough. And they should be cut. The wings were the only thing edible but cold. My husband actually waited for this order. I don’t know how all of it could all be so cold and dried out unless you are making food up ahead of time. I have never had such terrible pizza. The cheese pizza was suppose to be hand tossed. It was so thin and tasted like card board with very brown cheese on top. Terrible dinner. We spent over $50. What a waste of money. We should get a refund. We just threw almost all of it in the garbage. The kids choked down a few pieces of cheese pizza. Connie

We ordered ahead for carry out, and our pizza was ready on time, hot and fresh. The flavors were great overall. The supreme pizza was tasty, though the crust felt a bit too thick and doughy for our liking. We also got a half pepperoni and half cupped pepperoni pizza with a cheesy crust. We were pleasantly surprised to find three different dipping sauces included. They were decent, but once we got home and tried the pizza with marinara, it was much better. Overall, solid experience with just a couple small tweaks that would make it perfect.

Ordered online and 20 min later, very late after I ordered I got a call that the GF crust was not available. Told them ok to remove item from order, asked if the other 2 items were ready, they said really close. Got to the location, at the time online said it was ready. Had to pay again, they couldn’t just void one item. They took our payment, told my wife it would be just a few minutes. 30 min later, the pizza was not ready. This was 1+ hour after the order was placed on line and like 30min after online it showed items were ready. My wife had to leave; she was running late. I went right after she had left the rest. to get the pizza, staff had cancelled the order because they didn’t see my wife there, pizzas were never put in oven, this is 45 min after she had already paid. No one contacted to state the order was cancelled. So if I didn’t show up they would have pocketed the money. Did nothing to make it better. We had no food and evening wasted. Worse experience ever.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Vegetable pizza with a chicken on one side. This ( photo) what I got. An absolute mess. Everything shoved to one side. Called the place , the girl on the phone asked to wait so she can speak with a manager, came back with $10 to refund on $31.79 order including delivery fees and tips since one side had all the ingredients. (?!?!?!) I Was not ok , so she got manager on the phone, he offered $15 off FROM NEXT PURCHASE. I was not ok with that as I am definitely not ordering from this location again. Also they refuse to give delivery fees back . Manager Blaine ( that is his name) said they can’t do anything and it would be up to general manager, but he is not available at the moment. Also, ironically he replied after describing him the issue: “ hmmm that’s wired “! Is that how you speak with the costumer? Are you the one who made my order and delivered?! Sick.
After looking at reviews I am wondering if the head ever looks at reviews. It is a shame to the company and whom ever made these rules. It is the first, that I have to deal with the head of the company for them not taking full responsibility on what they do.
Do not order for delivery. Read reviews first. If you do order- do a pick up and check inside the box before leaving the store.
At this point it does look like it sled to one side during handling process. But, I am not a pig to be served like that and be told “…well the pizza still has ingredients on one side..”
Shame to the company!

Update: It has been two weeks now, that they still looking into this case to make it right. If the main office slaking on their job – what to expect from employees…

Ordered pizza for delivery.. one of my pizza’s arrived with no cheese. I called, the lady on the phone told me to bring it back with my receipt. I drove all the way there to be told they would have to charge me for a new pizza with cheese. In their end, it showed special instructions said no cheese. On my end it showed the pizza with cheese. Why would I order a stuffed crust pizza with no cheese on it? I understand things happen, but the manager was so rude and acted like it was completely my fault. When I told him to go ahead and remake it, he told me he was out of large hand tossed pizza crust! How does you run out of pizza crust at dinner time on a Sunday?! I was so frustrated I just left the pizza on the counter and left. What is worse, when you look up your order history in the app, it doesn’t show you what ordered. If you get the wrong order or something sub par, you cannot get a refund or replacement. Needless to say, I will not order from this location again after how I was treated tonight, This is not the first time I have had bad customer service from this location,

The guy working was really grumpy, loud, yelling, throwing dishes, it was a very hostileenvironment. We made an order a half hour before close, and we arrived maybe 5 minutes early and he ignored us for 8 minutes then decided to yell at us. I think one of my kids hit a switch on the wall, I was playing a game on my phone patiently waiting, either way.. it was super uncomfortable. I was excited for pizza hut stuffed crust and pan pizza. It’s been a long time since there been one in the area.
Anyways, I won’t be back.
I even tried to tip him to try and make his night better and he was just mean person.

We have been getting the same pizza for many weeks in a row. Quality is always excellent. The price is always been $12.96. Last night we got the same exact order and the pizza was close to $20. That’s a 35% increase. I know those things have gone up but that’s kind of crazy. Spoke to the person at the counter and mentioned this, they had no explanation

In support of our Fire Department, I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut Blaine, I got a pizza with no firemen and no sauce! I called to complain about the lack of sauce on the pizza and the manager was just horrible to me. I have captioning on my phone, because Im deaf, so I have the entire conversation. She said she would have helped me if I hadnt been disrespectful, but its 2025 and thats not how thing work. At no point was I disrespectful to her, but she treated me horribly! Im so upset! I did send an email to corporate, and hopefully they will be better than the manager Laura. I just wanted to support our wonderful firefighters. Pizza Hut Blaine is one place to stay FAR away from! Im handicap, but like any person out there…. If I spend $40 on a pizza, I expect it to be good
