We came in with 9 people for an early Christmas eve meal. I had the carnitas and tried the birria. The food was top tier as and I eat a lot of Mexican food. The quality of the preparations and flavors were perfecto. I am putting this place on my short list of go to places when we are in town.

Decent place for Mexican food from Guadalajara. I liked their Relleno. Service was wonderful. If they were cleaner, I would have given 5 stars. But keep up the good works. It gotta be authentic since I saw a lot of Mexicans eating there.

Mi Lindo Guadalajara is an absolutely incredible hole-in-the-wall Mexican joint. The food is delicious and served fresh to order. The service is friendly and efficient and the atmosphere is great. Definitely go for the El Molcajete if you’re looking to split with somebody. Everything here is tasty and delicious so you can’t go wrong.

Delish and authentic Mexican food. It’s hard to find a place in Utah County that is truly authentic and this is it! We got the enchiladas and quesadillas; both were great. They have a really well stocked salsa bar too with nopales which was a fun surprise. Very clean environment and the staff here is all wonderful. 10/10 place. Highly recommend.

We eat here at least once a week sometimes more when we can’t help ourselves. Everything here is so good! Also to be noted as well as the excellent food is the people who work and own this place. We love them and we feel welcomed by them every time we show up. I have never felt so comfortable in a restaurant as I do here. Go to this place and enjoy!!

4.6 stars. I’m with the other reviewers on this one. The food is good! Though typically not much variety with Mexican food, the execution on basic dishes was on point. Sauces were great too. The staff were very friendly and engaging. I’m promoting this place and will be back. A lot of eateries have come and gone from this property, but I’m betting this one makes it.

Had high hopes for this new place. First off , it really isn’t a restaurant in the traditional sense of the word. You order at a counter and they bring it out. Overall was very disappointed.
– For starters, they forgot our order and so our friends who ordered after us got their meal and ate and finished it. When we asked what was wrong after20 mins, they realized they had simply missed us entirely. So then they started making it and we waited another 15 mins before it started to come out.
– The sopes seemed undercooked. They didn’t have the light crunch you expect. Perhaps it was because they were rushing after we had waited half an hour for our food.
– Also got tacos and the meats were fine, not great. Didn’t like the al pastor (sadly), the carne asada wasn’t moist…nor was the carnitas.
– Our friends asked for an off menu item- the deep fried potato tacos. That was fabulous!
