Hands down some of the best customer service in Deadwood. The lady who made our food was superb. We always drove past the Super8 to get to main street, decided to stop last Tuesday. We were pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, great service, good food. Will return happily.

VERY rude and trashy. We called to place a pickup order earlier this evening and had to be transferred from the front desk to the “pizzeria”. The phone rang and rang and finally a very rude woman answered the line with, “Super 8 kitchen.” After confirming this was in fact the pizza location, we asked to place a pickup order and before even finishing the sentence, she cut me off and rudely asked, “Are you even in Deadwood?” I explained to her that I was in fact less than a mile down the road but would like to place a pickup order, she cut me off again and stated that I would have to come in. I tried to explain that online it clearly indicates pickup is an option, and she rudely replied, “we don’t do that here and that’s just the way it is.” Then she proceeded to tell me Marco’s Pizza delivers, and when I asked her what her owners would think if she was sending business to their competitors, she promptly hung up on me. This trashy behavior is exactly the sort of thing that causes business failures. Get it together or shut it down.

Seems like the owner takes zero responsibility for the bad reviews, even seems like they are not wanting to take ownership of their poor service. I’d DEFINITELY take my hard earned money somewhere that reapects their income!

Ordered online for pick up. Paid with CC. Hours said open until 8pm. Ordered at 7:30. Went to pick up and they had no record of my order. Refused to look at my confirmation text AND email. Lady kept talking about Doordarsh even tho NOTHING online indicated anything about Doordash for my CARRYOUT order. Lady at front desk (of Super 8 motel) said they shut off their online ordering at 7pm. NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE INDICATED THIS. If I had known this I would have just called. Poor service all around.

The pizza was very thick and did not have the right sauce/topping ratio for that much dough. We also had a terrible time finding the place, which ended up being inside the Super 8 motel casino. It was also very pricey for the quality.
