I am not sure what position Yeimi holds at this location during night shift but whatever it is, she should be demoted. I ordered 5 meals to feed my family that night. She read them back to me and they all sounded correct. She had gave me all my food in one bag so I asked if it was all in there, to which she responded yes. I got home and noticed I was missing a burger. I drove back and let her know I was missing a burger. She decided to argue with me claiming the receipt I had in my car was not my order! She stated that about 7 times even though i was telling her everything on the receipt was correct & it was my order. I am bilingual but whispering to a coworker in a language that you’re not assisting me is not professional.

Been here 3x because I am working in the area and needed something quick. Nothing quick about this place. They’ll get your order wrong and you’ll have to go back or you’ll get overcharged and have to go back. Today is 11/7 and I ordered the $3.50 deal and they charged me 4.58 before tax. I asked for the refund and they gave me a dollar. I’ll be coming back for my 8 cents based on the principle

This is an absolute terrible place to come to i was in front of somebody and instead of having my order ready, she goes and gives the food to the person behind me. Whatever employee working 12:30 to 1 o’clock? It needs to be talked to because that is absolutely truly bs. She should be fired. You dont go and and someone to park for 10 minutes just for you not to give the food, you guys should be fired and this place should needs to be shut down

The service is hit or miss at this location. Seems as if they have a high turnover, so new employees are constantly learning how to make the food. Seems as if they ever only have one or two people on the clock at once. It’s nasty if the person taking the money is the same person preparing the food. I hope that’s not the case, though. The food is good but not as consistent as McDonald’s. They seriously need to shrink the menu at Carl’s Jr.

Got the big cheeseburger without pickles. I got pickles. There was way too much sauce , the bottom bun hard as a rock, the patty was cold and tomatoes were hard. This was the worst hamburger I have ever got from there. Never again. What a disappointment.

I always get my orders wrong anytime I go to any other carls but this location did everything right! I was surprised when I pulled up to the robot order screen but both Fatima and Heather were so great! They treated me kindly, food was hot and fresh, and fries were so crunchy, and the lemonade tasted perfect- I didn’t think I’d be gushing over google about my experience today. Definitely recommend this location over the one on Tower, the staff are quick and so kind to you and very patient!
