10/10! I have tried a variety of meats and side dishes from Salty Dalty’s. Everything I’ve had has been very good. This year for Christmas I decided to serve one of their briskets. Best decision ever! The brisket was seasoned and smoked to perfection and the meat was so tender it melted in our mouths. Salty Dalty’s exceeds my expectations every time!

They say don’t judge a book by its cover, well that certainly reigns true for this smoker on wheels. Without a doubt the best brisket I’ve had in Arkansas and dare I say it, ever! I mean the fat was rendered to perfection (straight butta), the meat had immaculate flavor with a nice bark on it. How could it be better? Paired with some beans that’ll put a whole new definition to the term magical fruit and that nanner puddin! C’mon now. Yes, duh, the people were lined up so it was a bit of a wait but all good things take time! Delayed gratification people! But once it was my turn he really took the time to go above and beyond on the customer service side. Oh and did I mention this dude knows his stuff when it comes to bbq? Truly a masterpiece. Can’t wait to try all that this dude cooks up.

All the food is delicious, but the beans, brisket, and the prime rib are the best in the state/world!
Prime rib melts in your mouth. Beans are homemade sweet, tangy,yummiest! Brisket you can get sliced or pulled seasoned to prefection and the sauces add even more flavor. You might have a little wait because of the line but soooo worth it!

Fantastic food, great service! He had us sample the beef ribs before we ordered and it was incredible. We tried a little bit of everything and everything was great. Honestly the Armadillo Eggs and Eloté bowl were my favorite but the brisket, chicken, and Oreo cream pudding are tied for second. Also, he has Mexican coca cola! Business came in waves while we were there but the service was so fast that nobody was waiting for more than a minute or two. Heads up, there is nowhere to sit, so be ready to either eat in your car or on the pavement.

After being next road over neighbors and smelling the food as he’s cooking it we finally went to eat there! He was amazing we explained that it was our first time and he didn’t hesitate on handing us a free sample to try! What’s that one song I saw God today? That’s how heavenly the food was! I never had such gracious food touch my taste buds before this bbq! It melted away in an instant as soon as it hit our mouths! So what did we do we ordered enough food to feed a small village! I’m now sitting next to a box of tissues to wipe my tears of joy as I slowly get to the size of a blueberry! 10/10 recommend trying the food and he’s very reasonably priced! Don’t walk run! Run like forest gump!!!!

Salty Dalty is a great place to get awesome food. Their brisket is melt in your melt awesomeness!!! The turkey is very juicy too!!! He is very friendly and always wants to please his customers!!! Best brisket in the state, and I’ve never had a bad item here. Love when it’s tater day, and his smoked chicken is amazing too… those “dino ribs” though…shew, lord. Only negative Dalton will hear from me is when I roll up a bit late and hear those terrible words “Sorry, sold out”. It’s enough to make a man weep.

Phenomenal service. Brisket falls apart so quick you might not be able to grab it with a fork. Very tender and juicy. High contexts of flavor and the Eloté bowl is the perfect amount of flavor and spice you would expect. DON’T FORGET the tangy sauce! Amazing customer service. Thank you for great experience and food. Topped of a great day of riding the bike out here.

This food 1000/10 . It was our first time today and ending walking away with a pound of his AMAZING turkey ! 1/2 pound brisket plate and 1/2 brisket sandwich… which is just as good as his turkey !! And those brisket bean 100/10 ! Had amazing 1st experience and will 1000% be back ! And he’s very reasonable priced!
