Wow the owner must think their coffee is gold, or is greedy! 3.10$ for the smallest cup of drip coffee seriously I guarantee it’s not 3x better than a gas station but it cost 3x as much. Never stopping here again.

First off the food is GREAT! But the service is scary. The cooks need some cross contamination training. None of the cooks wore gloves. Handled raw bacon, then biscuits, then cooked bacon but then the fellow in the red shirt was actually eating bacon from time to time and then handling food again. Boo on management for allowing such.

Wow $8.59 for an iced coffee I couldn’t even drink. The Caremel Marvel I ordered is nor what I got this morning. What I did get was an absolutely terrible attitude from the cashier. Not a good morning, when she tells the total it’s just 8.59 no please, no thank you no have a great day, thank you for your patronage nothing. She hands my drink out the windows and says nothing at all. I will not return as this is the second time I have been treated like this at this location! I will go where they appreciate my money and can make my order correctly and maybe even with a smile

I got a medium hot butter bear. The girl at the window was upset I wanted extra caramel. Made multiple comments then I drink part of my coffee to realize they didn’t use Almond milk. And I am so sick!!! Lactose intolerance is so real!! And these couple woman chose to poison me with milk!! Never go there. They want to decide what you can handle and not handle. Jesse people ask for alternative dairy for reason. Thanks for ruining my Halloween!!!

I’m not going to give a bad star review, the service here is great as always. but this morning when I ordered my latte and bagel with cream cheese, I was handed a bagel wrapped in aluminum foil and cream cheese on the side. And completely threw my morning off. I come here all the time and every other location plus the cream cheese on the bagel.

I didn’t go in my husband did but he brought me out this double mocha frozen coffee YUM. I can’t wait to try their new ice cream he was telling me about, it’s not being served yet but they said soon! They haven’t been opened long so hopefully they will have more things to come.

I wouldn’t recommend going to this biggby, they like to tip themselves on top of your drink prices. Not sure how a medium hot latte can cost $7.78. Also they didn’t offer a receipt so I can’t even check the charges, I ended up calling another biggby to see how much the drink would cost and I was right, it was about a dollar off. Thanks biggby.

Bigby’s “Summer Sip” Brown Sugar Latte . . . my co-workers regret. She spent $6.03 on a 16-ounce iced version this morning. The flavor did not wow her and the 16-ounce cup, once the brown sugar latte was added to the ice, did not render 16-ounces of Brown Sugar Latte.
Isn’t this the story though? The price of convenience does not guarantee a satisfying experience. I used to be a Starbucks daily. Now, I grind my local Ad Astra beans that I picked up at Market House for my morning cup of joe and could not be more satisfied. I paid $10 for the beans, which will last me probably two months . . . and my car will go 32.2 miles on $6 of fuel. Even better.
