I’ve been meaning to write a review on Kiki’s for quite some time now. I’ve been coming here for the past 7+ years and the quality has only gotten better. In my opinion Kiki’s is the best place for authentic style japanese food in Denver and I would absolutely recommend everyone to give it a try.

Food was absolutely amazing. Miso soup was the besr I have ever eaten in my life. Takoayaki was flavor, same with gyoza and sushi roll. Ramen was rich. Service was good. I’m pleasantly surprised

DO NOT SKIP ON THIS PLACE!! I visited Kiki’s while on vacation to Colorado in hopes of finding the kind of Japanese food I grew up with. This establishment did not disappoint. The atmosphere, the service and THE FOOD. It brought tears to my eyes!! Kiki’s Japanese Casual Dining exceeded my expectations and deserves major recognition. It was so amazing we had it two days in a row.

Great place. They need to try and expand a little more, so they can fit more tables.. They had to turn down a table of 8 people because they just can’t even accommodate that… Great food. Such a shame they can’t accommodate more people. They would make so much more money.

Ate here today after a long stint and was reminded of why I’ve always loved Kiki’s. It’s always been delicious, but since working in Japanese cuisine and learning more about the culture I have found a deeper appreciation for the authenticity and little details I might not have noticed before. The food and beverage selection is also vast for such a small establishment.
Omotenashi translates to something along the lines of “hiding your front self” guest first and guest only mentality- what sets Japanese hospitality apart. My inner nerd felt at home here.

Really good ramen here. I stopped here with a couple friends while on a road trip with my brother last year and we all very much enjoyed every dish we ordered. I ordered the chicken tonkatsu ramen as my entre and had red bean and ube mochi as a desert. They were out of green tea mochi which was my first choice but I may have came out ahead because the two flavors tried were both excellent.
This was my first time at a Japanese restaurant that serves ramen and it was totally worth the stop.

Absolutely awful all around.
Parking lot is a bit small. Coming into the store, the atmosphere is kinda dead. The wiring and structure above is a mess. The host/server barely communicates to seat you.
There are a lot of options on the menu. We got sushi, Ramen, something with chicken.
The non sushi plates seemed okay to my friends. The sushi was miserably lacking. The meat was warm, in a sad state, the rice wasn’t sticky to the meats, and it would break apart.
The Wasabi was sitting in a jar for everyone to share, and is not sanitary.
The prices were ridiculous for the quality of the food and the service. I would not come here, ever. Highly recommend against it.

Sukiyaki is as good as what I had in Japan! Takoyaki and green tea not recommended- taste cheap.
Service was all right, not very nice and patient.
