We grabbed Japanese food from the food court and had a really good experience overall. The cashier was friendly, and we appreciated not having to pay for water — even though the cups were small, we didn’t have to ask for ice, which was nice.
The food was delicious. I finished my chicken chow mein, we also had chicken teriyaki with veggies, and my son even ate the broccoli (which says a lot since he’s picky). The only small improvement would be a clearer way to call out orders, but aside from that everything was solid. Prices are a little high, but that’s pretty typical for a mall.

Just stopped for a snack and was very pleased with this place. Excellent, fresh, perfectly prepared! everything seemed hand made, even the noodles. Worth the trip inside even if you’re not already at the mall. I had the Oki teriyaki chicken with fried rice. My son had the shrimp tempura udon.

The cooks don’t listen at all when you ask them of something. Terrible service. Terrible attitude from cooks. They were making chicken for me (2 entrees) and 2 other people and the chicken was the same size!!! When asked about it they said it’s double. Got my entree and it wasn’t double chicken even though I paid for two entrees both WITH double chicken. Noodles were MUSHY!!! waste of $35

Folks behind the counter are great, but this didn’t settle well at all. The Spicy Tuna Roll from the picture was not what came out – sushi isn’t meant to be doused in sauce, yet massive globs of mayo were squirt on each piece of the roll and we tried scraping off the best we could. The regular chicken teriyaki was just unsettling – undercooked pieces of chicken, slimy, vegetables were overcooked and mushy, rice had been overcooked as well.

They are friendly.
20 Minutes after I placed my order, I saw other orders being placed and completed within that time – I finally asked them how much longer my one salmon roll was going to take. The cashier then handed me a meal. I was so hungry that I ate it, which was my mistake. It was room temperature, and I think it was crab, not salmon. I got food poisoning. This happened on Friday night 1/9/26

Great food! Definitely the best in town. Everything is very flavorful and delicious. I always get the chicken teriyaki or the chicken & shrimp teriyaki , both are excellent. Service is nice too, and the gyozas are also amazing.

Take a look at the menu
Even though the print clearly states that meals comes with mixed vegetables and yoir chooce or rice or noodles, the kids menu does NOT come with the mixed vegetables. When I asked about this, the older lady who cooks got mad and said she gave me extra rice and that next time I should order the right meal. First of all, I didnt ask for extra rice. Secondly, I’m only requesting what the menu says, why are you so angry with me. Third, why is it taking so freaking long to get food. 15minutes is a long time that’s half my lunch break. Never again.

Food is ok not the best but not the worst. It’s not savory at all. The chicken didn’t have any flavor I ordered the chicken teriyaki, the veggies seemed Stale. The workers are amazing. The food didn’t settle very well. Prices are reasonable.

Do not order the bento box when it is busy. I saw half the mall order, receive, and finish their food because of the poor workflow. I waited 36 minutes from the recorded time on the receipt to when I got my food.
The food is great and I would recommend the place, just don’t order the bento when it is busy.

Like some of the reviews share no flavor and not genuine teriyaki. The chicken wasn’t chicken breast but pieces of chicken thighs and lots of fat smothered in oil. I had a few bites and am eating somewhere else because I couldn’t eat the chicken teriyaki sadly.
