I would give this place maximum a average review. I specially went there because I have seen a few videos about them. As a start I wait for about 25 minutes to order because there was only one waitress which was a bartender at the same time. The place was not busy at all. Just me and one more table with about 10 clients. I have ordered a chocolate milk shake which was good. A dirty fries which was nothing more then McDonald’s french fries covered with cheese some minced meat and halapeno. I had a Oklahoma smashed triple cheese burger. Not impressed at all.

A wonderful place for lunch or dinner in Lisbon! A cozy spot with plenty of seating and a great view of the Tejo. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the service is fast and welcoming.
The menu is another highlight. There’s a wide selection of burgers (starting from €13), and also some nice alternatives: salads and a lobster sandwich (I’ve tried it before at another branch — it was excellent, and this one is just as good).
The wine list is well-curated, with good wines by the glass. The beer selection is truly impressive — over 20 varieties to choose from.
Located right across from Santa Apolónia, it’s a perfect place to stop for a meal while strolling around Lisbon.

Delish Burger and Fries! Just arrived at Lisbon today I feel to dine the light meal for dinner with family and friends as first day. Here is the best place for sure. Taste, atmosphere, location, Service and price are worth. Strongly Recommend.

The best burgers in Lisboa, now in a beautiful new location! We always go to Ground Burger when we come to town; now it’s even easier, since it’s right across the street from the Santa Apolónia train station.
As usual, the burgers were perfectly cooked and delicious. The fries were fantastic. And the garlic mayo for dipping is one of the best in town.
The new location has a beautiful view, much more space than the one further uptown, and a great outdoor patio. Be aware that the restrooms are up a flight of stairs.

As per the other establishments, this new Ground Burger is as good as the others. The service was excellent and the staff super professional and friendly. The best burgers in Portugal hands down. Everything is top notch. Highly recommended.

Service is good. Was expecting more lobster meat on the lobster roll given it’s 39 euros. The sauce is nice, but lobster was quite chewy. The fries had a slight peanut taste, maybe it was fried in peanut oil, but the texture was like frozen fries. The garlic dip is good though. Great variety of craft beers and German cola.

There was only one other table but they got my order mixed up (i guess with a takeout order) which made me get the wrong burger. In the end they brought me the right burger free of charge. So they handled it great!

Best burgers in town, in their newest location. The space is ample and welcoming, as is the staff. The food is incredibly good and they have additional menu items compared to the original location — including smash burgers! Solid and changing selection of craft beers.

I had a really disappointing experience at Ground Burger recently. My group and I waited over an hour and a half for our food, and it still hadn’t arrived. When we asked about it, we were told we’d need to wait another 30 minutes…
The staff were polite enough, but the service was extremely slow and poorly managed. We ended up leaving without eating, which was very frustrating after waiting so long.
