We had a chance to try out this new barbeque spot in Ajax and it didn’t disappoint. While with most barbeque places you gotta get there early or they sell out. Brisket Daddy did run into some major issues, one with destroyed product moments before their grand opening, wet wood and many other things. They are resilient and always found a way to course correct with whatever they were faced with. I admire his passion for his business and the food was absolutely delicious. I don’t like potato salad and we tried it and it was really good. Corn bread soft, crispy edges so yummy. The brisket so tender, ribs fall off the bone, pulled pork so juicy without any sauce, macaroni and cheese was good. Chicken thighs just so flavourful, beans such great flavor and those buns absolutely delicious.

We picked up dinner at Brisket Daddy BBQ in Ajax tonight and it was incredibly delicious. We have visited their other location in the past, and were excited to try some of their newer menu options. The restaurant itself is bright and clean with a fun vibe, and the staff were very friendly. We ordered a Mac Daddy Bowl with mac & cheese, pulled pork, beans and coleslaw, a tot poutine topped with brisket, a parm-a-cue sandwich and tots, and also a small potato salad because its just so good! I had the daddy bowl and it was so much food – I didn’t make it halfway through before I was stuffed, so lots left for tomorrow! Their smoked meats and everything they make is top-notch, you can really tell that the whole Brisket Daddy team cares about serving only the best! Highly recommend!

What a treat!! We tried Brisket daddy today and were not disappointed!! We ordered the lovebirds special and an extra order of fries. So tasty! The brisket was delicious! So smoky and falls apart in your mouth. The pulled pork was my favorite. We made pulled pork sandwiches and it was delicious. The ribs were also tasty. The sides were also exceptional. The potatoes salad and coleslaw we got were really good, fresh and clearly home made. The fries were fresh cut and so crispy. Overall 10/10 for taste/ presentation!!
As someone who has Celiac disease it’s sometimes hard to find delicious gluten free restaurants! After talking with staff we found out the owner is celiac as well. The staff was very knowledgeable about the ingredients and what contained gluten! They were also so friendly! Apparently the only thing I wasn’t able to get was the mac and cheese, cornbread and the buns! They do carry schars gluten free buns which I adore! Their grills and fryers are dedicated gluten free! I was shocked! The staff took extra care to ensure I was receiving 100% gluten free food. Definitely a safe place for celiac!!

First time at Brisket Daddy Ajax and loved it! We got the love birds platter with brisket, ribs, chicken and a side of fries and bbq beans. Seriously loved the bbq beans so much haha They included buns, pickles and pickled onions that were a nice touch too. Everything was delicious and the staff was so nice! Overall great experience and left feeling very full and happy.

I love my BBQ!! I want to see and taste the work that goes into making good BBQ and Brisket Daddy delivers this. I went opening day and was not disappointed. I could see the smoke ring on the brisket and ribs. The taste was amazing on everything right down to the cornbread. If you like BBQ you must try Brisket Daddy BBQ. This was my first visit and won’t be my last!!

Great food , Great service . We had a burger with fries , Brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese with coleslaw. All of it was fresh and hot price was a bit steep $59 before tax overall we will be back and definitely don’t skip this place

So happy a legit bbq spot has opened in Ajax! Brisket Daddy did not disappoint, great deals with their platters, we tried the love bird platter – brisket, burnt ends, and recommend by the owner himself the chicken thighs, everything was so spectacular, and they clearly know what they’re doing!! Special shout out for the Mac and cheese and beans… Can’t recommend enough, we are already planning our future visits to try more! Amazing service, food, and vibes!

We decided to grab some barbecue from brisket daddy. We barely received any meat! Is this really worth $40 for two people? Not in my books – I won’t be back here again. One piece of brisket and two pieces of chicken. That’s enough for one person not two.
