Today, I visited the café to order breakfast. However, the young staff member completely ignored me and instead went directly to taking the order from a Spanish-speaking customer nearby. This behavior was very unprofessional, and I ended up leaving without placing my order. I am well aware that this isn’t the first time she has behaved in this manner.

I have known about Brandon’s Coffee Shop for a few months, but Wednesday, February 7, 2024 was my first opportunity to visit. The customer service was excellent, and my coffee latte was super delicious. Since it was still early, I had a light breakfast. Although the name includes the phrase “coffee shop,” in a lot of ways, it is more like a diner. A lot of space for a wheelchair and definitely a diner-styled menu. I look forward to returning, as soon as I can.

I get a breakfast sandwich here a few times a month, and they’re well prepared, tasty, and we’ll priced. I had an iced mocha latte once that was good, too. Staff are friendly and helpful, service has always been quick. I often call ahead and take out, but I’ve ordered there as well. Highly recommend it if you’re local or need something on the go.

Called to place a pick up order- asked for some adjustments to my breakfast order because thats how i want my food and the man who answered the phone straight up so ” No we dont do that” when all i asked was for my tomatoes & avocado on the side because when i warm it up it taste bad and gets all brown.
