yo we came a half an hour before closing nd we knew those workers were tight to make our order anyways they made it very specific to what we wanted (we left the store by 11:45) very nice staff and had a very funny interaction with them. the workers were very communicative and welcomed us regardless of who we were/when we came. lots of respect for those two. i wish i could make them; unfortunately i didn’t get their name tags. what i will say is that one of the workers owned a honda; he was very pleasant towards us. highly suggest this location compared to anywhere in nassau; lol

Called tried to place an order for delivery (which I had done in the past). Guy who answered phone had an attitude straight off the bat. I could tell by his tone. I had said that I’d like to place an order for a delivery, by which he asked for my address..he then became argumentative saying it’s not showing in his system with the correct town I live in. NOTE: I didn’t say this to part to him…But I KNOW WHERE I LIVE!!! I’ve NEVER EVER had this issue before ANY WHERE!
I TRIED to repeat my address again, when he cut me off, and stated “it’s not coming up as this town” and said “just do it online”… I said ok forget it, and he slammed the phone to hang up on me! If I had wanted to do online, I would have done so!! Not everything is listed on there website/online and I’d end up having to call them to clarify my order any how…Lost a customer…but then again by seeing quite a bit of poor reviews and pretty poor rating here, it sure seems like they couldn’t care less. Incredibly unacceptable and rude!! I definitely won’t be back nor would I recommend after this poor treatment…and over something so incredibly ridiculous. My suggestion, when you’re in the mood for pizza, just get the REAL thing. Save yourself the nonsense, let alone for this type of “food.” I’d like to add that I had yet to leave a bad review…it takes a lot to make me feel like I need to. If anything I just will not go back and not recommend…I’m not a negative person by any means!! This was just so outrageous, that I just felt compelled to do so. I would have felt more respected if the guy just said “hey I dont want to make order or deliver now” rather than TRY to make it like my address isn’t correct.

I wish could give out 0. No wonder why the business is shutting down, or so low customer. The guy who attended me had such attitude. Completely ruined my mood, never again in my life. They were so rude and like such attitude I’d never recommend!

Everytime I went here over the years there was either bad service and average pizza. However, I heard the management in this place changed in December/January?
It was too cold to go out and we had a handful of guests over. So my friends and I took a risk ordered in 2 pies for a gathering we were having at the house. WOW! The pizzas were perfect! Finally some hot delicious cheesy pizza in long island! Their service was great too!
One of our guests ended up calling in and ordering 3 more pies. Their new manager was so helpful for both orders! We were all full and satisfied as we gathered around to watch Stranger Things on Netflix.
This is our new go to spot for house gatherings.

We order pizza every weekend when we visit my parents house and this is definitely the best spot in the area. I used to order from this store a while ago and it was okay, but the management has changed and they clearly put a lot of work in for quick service and good quality pizza. I’ve never had to wait more than 35 minutes for my pizza delivery, while the other store 2 blocks from the house takes 1.5 hours to deliver. Even when we go for store pick up, the owner greets the customers personally. Highly recommend checking out their monthly specials too! (:

Stay away!! We ordered food to be delivered and asked for the itemized receipt totaling $54.30. The driver never gave it and when we called the store 2 times to ask if they could kindly send it via phone text or email, the manager refused!! This is illegal. It’s needed for reimbursement. We are entitled by law to receive a receipt for purchases. Will be contacting corporate headquarters.

Ordered food on the papa John app said it would be ready between a certain time went in to get in the guy at the counter was not friendly , rude and said because I didn’t have a confirmation he couldn’t give me the food and said he didn’t have my order … didn’t offer to take my order just walked away. 4/30/2024 8:45pm corporate should deff check the customer service skills on this store – I’ll never come here again

The food is Okay. Typical fast food pizza. The problem is the delivery driver. He’s very rude and obnoxious. I’d rather not buy from a store who allows such rudeness. Plus there’s obviously better pizza out there. I’m all for supporting local businesses, but I can’t if you are rude.
