Poke bowl and sushi are disappointing. Tuna portion in poke bowl was about 2-3oz and remainder of bowl consisted of a small amount of cucumber and bell pepper with a generous amount of romaine and rice. Not worth 20 dollars (well 25 including service fees and tip). Sushi is not inventive and reminiscent of giant eagles basic offerings. Was hoping for an exciting addition to lawrenceville hall but met with disappointment.

Kazoku Sushi is a local restaurant inside a food hall. Customers may order foods either online or at the cash register. The menu lists appetizers, poke bowls, sashimi, nigiri, and rolls. Prices are typical. The employee spoke very nicely with me. I really liked my salmon-avocado roll, and I liked my vegetable spring rolls.

This place is such a fun restaurant, with multiple indoor places to order and a big indoor area. We went to the upstairs, and there were a couple of flies, but it’s because we sat near the door. The sushi was delicious and way more filling than I expected.
