Big Foot
Placed online order, the associate had to ask me what the order on his screen stood for because he did not know what TM stood for when I ordered a thin mint Frosty. I actually ordered two frosties one small and one medium. When he brought them out they were both the same size so I had to ask him which one of the two were a medium at which time he asked me if I ordered a medium and then he had to go back and look at the screen to see that that was a medium. As he brought me the frosty I asked him for spoons and he said they don’t have any they’ve been out for quite a while and had been using Dollar Store spoons but they ran out of those too. I wonder how their customers eat their chili and frosties when they’re in the store??? The strawberry swirl frost had the strawberry all on the bottom…kind of lacking in the swirl and hard to get to without a spoon.

Ordered from the app. Went through the Drive thru to pick up. It took 3 minutes for them to acknowledge we were there, another 5 minutes to get our food at the window and it was cold. I thought Brookville Wendy’s improved. I will say the friendliness is much better than Eaton Wendy’s.

We heard that this location fixed the problems that had kept us away. They did not. Pros: food was hot and tasted great, behind the counter looked clean. Cons: wrong drink, burger order was incorrect, dining floor was so slippery you could barely walk and a customer slipped and fell coming out of the bathroom.

I’m originally from brookville but it’s been quite some time since I’ve got to come back to town. Our boss wanted to eat here and she made sure to tell us we needed to leave a review about the issues. I do see her review bellow. Dana S. I absolutely agree with what she said. Yes I do remember the Wendy’s here in town was rough when I left but now the workers our so disrespectful. I can’t believe the manager is so rude to her own crew and to the customers. I 100% agree the girl Janet did an amazing job handling things even when it was all going to crap. I know my boss offered her a job but she lives in brookville and couldn’t move states away. We missed seeing her Monday! I do not think the manager should be smoking at the back door and just coming in to yell and go back out.

Order took a very long time. Had to correct them on what was ordered a couple times. Even then two of the sandwiches were prepared wrong. Fries were not what I would determine as fresh. The staff was at least nice… will give a star for that. Do not think I will return to this location though.

They are charging more than the drive through menu board has for prices. They stated they couldn’t adjust the register
So it was what it was. Terrible customer service. They did not care that it was wrong. Receipt was unreadable. Since they couldn’t adjust the register I took a full refund and went to Hardee’s instead.

Ordered a spicy asaigo chicken ranch sandwich and got a spicy chicken instead no ranch no bacon just chicken lettuce and tomato that I definitely said to leave off…I asked to be removed being the only person in the line I’m a little concerned about what it’s like with a lot of people. check your order before you leave that place for sure

This is the 3rd time in a row they have shorted us food. We are on the road heading to games and such so we are not able to turn around and come back. With a load of kids, it is a headache to go inside so I can take everything out of the bag for inventory. One time, they were out of cheese for the chilli and still charged us for it. Not expensive, but it still cheats customers. Also, I can remember how many times they were out of menu items. For us, today was all frosty flavors except chocolate.

Every time I come here I wonder why. It’s always the slowest service around. Having you pull forward so it looks like they have swift service. I thought they were under new management, sounds nice but apparently they still have the same staff. Just go somewhere else
