The only explanation I can come up with for how rude and mannerless most of the staff here are is that maybe some of them are intentionally trying to chase customers away from Starbucks? I know there have been some politically-charged boycott of Starbucks and other brands in the recent. I keep wondering if they took the job like some attempt to infiltrate and sabotage from within? Crazy theory.
I can’t think of why some of the staff are very intentionally rude no matter how calm, patient you try to be. Like they actually want you to know to your face that they are trying to be rude. One guy with glasses is the only who actually tries, and he’s doing a lot of heavy lifting for everyone else.
For the past few months I’ve frequented both this one and the one on Industrial. Industrial is great. I’ve been going to Starbucks for years across different states, countries and military bases. This particular Starbucks on France is THE WORST I’ve ever been to. It finally occured to be to check Google for reviews and I am just relieved I’m not the only one. I don’t care about mistakes on orders or things like that. Mistakes happen, we’re all human. But this is actually disturbingly different. Starbucks might want to really look into this branch.
Edit: I’ve been to much busier starbucks as well. It’s not that. I think the positive reviews might be from family members of the staff here because there’s no way those are real.

Mobile orders do not come out until 15 minutes after they say they are ready for pick-up. They also let you order items they don’t have in store. I ordered a pecan crunch latte and instead of letting me know they couldn’t make it, they set an empty cup out on the counter.

I went there this morning to get a Carmel Ribbon Crunch with extra caramel and extra crunch and it was horrible because why? She had them put chocolate in it which I didn’t order and the drink tasted nothing like the one I always order at other locations. No wonder it cost more. They were busy true enough but to put an add on to my order (which they charged) and I didn’t ask and I didn’t notice until we drove away and I was drinking it. I was/am not pleased.

It’s crazy- so operationally inept. We’ve been waiting in the drive thru for 35 minutes. There’s been multiple periods of like 7+ minutes of ZERO movement.
That’s INSANITY. Not even that many cars infront of us…. We obviously should’ve just left but we reached the point of no return where it’s like “we’ve already waited this long.”
From the time I actually got my order in to reaching the window was 12 more minutes. So seriously OVER 40 MINUTES TOTAL
I’m not sure if it’s severely understaffed or what. But something needs to change. NIGHTMARE

It should never take 10 minutes to receive a coffee and bagel in an empty coffee shop, especially one where that order runs you $10.
No idea what the plan is at this Starbucks. All the employees seem to be having fun and enjoying themselves up until there’s some kind of mistake or busy period. They freeze, get confused, and effectively leave customers waiting disproportionate amounts of time.
The food is fine but it’s not worth coming here. Management doesn’t seem to have strong policy and even worse they don’t know how to recover when they stumble. Nobody seems to mind wasting your time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Have been waiting now for 32 minutes for a cold brew. There are 6 employees working. No one has apologized or acknowledged the long wait.

my neighborhood starbucks i usually go here. always seems to be a mistake with my order or it looks separated. other times it’s late. i order ahead of time often but often i have to wait a while after arriving. i try my best to go to other locations though. ❤️ ✌️
