Do not go here spend your money some place better I came here tonight it’s was 2 hours before closing
I got a grilled chicken and bacon sub with veggies
So there was a whole tray of bacon and I got a foot long and the guy puts 3 little peices of bacon and charges me $3 for the bacon
I go to pay the sub came out to $15 and some change
I said I guess it’s whatever
I come out to my car to eat it and the bread had a steal taste that eventually put this weird taste in my mouth
I couldn’t even eat a quarter of it
I wanted to go inside and say something and ask for my money but I didn’t have receipt
*if you want a good subway sub go to the one in Milford next to Shaws and honeydew*

Ordered ahead. Arrived at scheduled time. Had to wait an addition 50 minutes to get my subs. Only one person working and they were overloaded with subs. Saw 4 people walk out because the wait was so long. Really unfortunate. I live in town but won’t go here again.

My friend and I went to the store 7446 and I believe her name was Maria, but I am not too sure because my friend had forgot her name ,but she was very friendly and made our subs and salads as perfect as we wanted them!

I’ve been to this subway all the time. This is my go to stop after work or for dinner. I’ve never wanted to write a bad review, but the last time I’ve come in my sandwich was not cooked. I had my friend go in and order my sub, Buffalo chicken, and I’ve never had an issue with that. Hannah the counter attendant at the time had not cooked my sub. I’d had gotten home and unwrapped my sub and the entire thing was cold. I had to go back down and Sam the other counter attendant had been amazing. She apologized and fixed my sub without question. This experience was disappointing. I’ve talked to many of my close friends, family and colleagues and come to find out I’m not the only one who’ve had a problem with Hannah making subs, but I do want to take a moment and recognize Sam. She is amazing each and every time and has fixed all mess ups without a complaint and a smile on her face. In belief this establishment would not be where it is without Sam. I hope the owners take this review not as slander, but hopefully take it and make proper changes to this establishment to make a better experience for everyone. I’d hate to see this place get closed because of unproper training or someone getting sick with uncooked food!

We ordered curbside pickup. When we arrived at the scheduled time and order stated it was ready, no one came out. So we went in after all. There was one employee eating that hadn’t even finished the drinks for the order.

They also forgot the chips in our order. When we called they stated they were busy and would call back (Sunday). On Tuesday my husband went in after not hearing back and was told to come back when the manager is there in the afternoon. Only after demanding that they take care of this now we finally received what we paid for.

I am frustrated how much we had to work for either getting the food we ordered or a refund for it. The mistake was clearly on their end.

This needs to be addressed to of what I got to say here. First thing when we came, as we seen the Sub worker walk out of an area to get to behind the sub bar, she was telling us about how she didn’t have WIFI, and she couldn’t use paper coupons, rewards, gift cards or even scan anything from the app. We proceeded to continue, after that she didn’t seem happy, as if to me she thought we would walk out after hearing that. Anyways, as we were ordering through the whole time you just felt her misery and miserable vibes. As we were asking for our toppings she would notice people coming in and quickly telling them about the WIfi issue and so on. Some people left and some stayed, there were probably like 5 people still wanting to order after we were almost done. But to me with this negative feeling we also got no response the whole time she was making the subs, and with her look on her face , was as if we were the reason she was miserable. and not only that, she was slooowly putting the items in the subs as it to be on purpose! Smh Anyways, it’s one thing that you hate your job, but nowadays how the world is, got to try to work with what you got and not blame people you are miserable.
And continuing , so at the end of the transaction of paying, she didn’t even say ” Have a great day” or anything to that matter!! This is horrible customer service! So with that being said, Food was great, but the customer service needs improvement!

Best Subway around. My favorite stop for lunch during work.

Always fresh bread, meat, & other ingredients. Always a clean space & friendly staff! Handling themselves very well with the new pandemic rules as well. Easy call in an order & pick up/ pay. Very quick and safe. Highly recommend this Subway location!

My husband went in last night to grab quick and easy supper for the family. The experience was awful. The young man was less than enthused to be there and it showed in his work. Sandwiches were made incorrectly even while my husband stood there and said what he wanted on them. Sandwiches were also poorly wrapped and contents of my children’s sandwiches were all over the bag. The sauce that was on my sandwich was supposed to be the new garlic aioli and it tasted sour, like it was not refrigerated at all. All in all, very disappointing.

So I placed my order by phone, after I said thank you I got hung up on. My kids father went to pick up our food, and said there were 2 females one with pink hair and another younger brown haired female, he asked for it orders and after tipping, the girl slammed the receipt down on our subs, which caused them to Burst open and also squash our daughters cookies.
This was uncalled for and severely unprofessional. I still have my flat sub and the broken cookies.
I’m VERY tempted to take it back and go elsewhere.
