Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Without a doubt, the worst Whataburger I have ever eaten at. My son wanted a number 1 combo with only ketchup and cheese. Of course, he got only cheese and mayonnaise! Food was poorly made, sloppy cold and fries were only half full and cold. Wow. I have given a lot of reviews and love giving good reviews but this was by far the lousiest 30 dollars I have ever spent. I will never go back nor do I think others should visit the establishment.

I have been working nearby for about a month and have ordered from this location on 3 separate occasions. Each time the food is absolutely perfect: hot, delicious, and presentable. This is literally the best Whataburger I have ever been to, and I love Whataburger and have been to many. The staff yall have at this location, are incredible. Do what you need to, to appreciate this staff and take care of them because they are doing the Whataburger brand right! Thank you for perfect food every time!

Whataburger is pretty easy to review, because their menu is consistent across their restaurants.
First time stopping at this location, restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Food came out hot and fresh.
This is a newer location, they had TV screens which is different than the other Whataburger restaurants I’ve been in. They also had the white chocolate raspberry shake which was amazing

this is the new one that was built right down the street from the old one. It is in front of UT health center and you are very close to the main post office on Martin Luther King boulevard and you have a few pawn shops a Subway and a McDonald’s. You can ride the blue line Transit of Tyler and if all else fails you can go to Caldwell zoo there is a lot of great opportunity in this area and it is growing!

15 minute Wait time wasn’t bad in the drive thru, BUT if you are going to charge almost $3 for fries, then at least FILL up the box with HOT ones please! I thought for sure I’d at least have some bag fries, but there wasn’t even a crumb of one in there. These were barely warm and had so much salt on them I couldn’t finish them. Please make sure you mix up the old fries with the new fries you dump on top, so you don’t wind up with barely a scoop of old fries.

Every night during Saturdays and sundays when I mean NO MUSTARD IS NO MUSTARD!! It’s the 4th time I have to scrap the mustard off the burger so I can add the ketchup myself, and I’m very disappointed and very angry when they don’t get my order right.
