I ordered the cold cut combo with pepper Jack cheese, spinach, tomato, Green peppers, light onion, extra pickle, as the toppings. Please see the picture for the amount of toppings I got on my sandwich… and I even tipped lol! am highly disappointed and will never order through the app again. From now on I’ll have them make it in front of me.

I will never eat at this particular establishment again. Went inside to grab lunch, looking for the tv advertised 6.99 combo deal, was told the owner does not participate in the deals. I ordered a sub anyway, smelled like fresh baked bread like normal. Got home in 10 minutes and began eating, the bread was stale and dry, i mean 2 day old stale, onions were overdue. the cookies were stale and old as well. this is a pathetic establishment, owner trying to save a buck at the expense of quality. The sandwich artist was pleasant though.

Bradley went above and beyond for me today. I had an order canceled last minute and was needing food for a family I signed up to feed for the evening. I walked in a little panicked and Bradley was kind and willing to fill my order! I ended up with twice the amount of food for the same price in less than 15 minutes! He even packaged them, labeled them, and bagged them all up for me! He is definitely an asset to this store!

I hate complaining but I’m genuinely so frustrated. For the second time my bread is rock hard around the edges to the point it’s completely inedible. Ordered spinach and was given literally two leaves of spinach, okay fine but they made sure to add as many pickles as possible leaving the bread that isn’t hard to the touch disgustingly soggy. On top of all that I had the order delivered and instead of making the order when it comes in the way they are meant to they decided to wait until the driver got there, so I was waiting an extra ten minutes. This is honestly the worst subway in town and I would recommend Jimmy Johns to anyone who asks. I feel like a Karen but I don’t care I love my little sandwich treats and get one every time I get paid so I’m beyond disappointed that my treat for myself was completely ruined.

Stopped to get sandwiches for my boys and try to be frugal about it. They wouldn’t take my coupon from my Subway mailer. So I went on my app to get the deal the app had going on for 6.99 footlongs and they didn’t participate in that either. Went to the other Subway in town and found out that the same person owns both the Subways and doesn’t participate in any of the coupons or promos. Disappointing, but luckily the Subway by the Legends take both coupons.

What ticked me off is going to Subway and finding out that the Franchise Owner won’t except coupons for there items which also included the other stores he owns. So why would the Owner/Corporation send out coupon mailers if they can’t be used in our area? I’m planning on making the media aware of this, plus the Corporation. I went to the 4th street Subway on Saturday 7/15/2022. I needed four sandwiches for my five person family. The manager, Ray refused saying that the owner had given a limit of 3 sandwiches. He wouldn’t let my son order his separately because it would still be part of my family. He refused to give me the owners name. But I got it from the other Subway anyway. When I questioned him, he refused to make any of my sandwiches. I went to the Subway on 4th and Metropolitan and it was a much better experience. Part of my issue is that they’re all owned by the same guy and if that’s how I’m going to be treated, I’m not sure I want to go to any of them. Sad because I’ve been going to Subway multiple times per week lately. I have a recording if the owner is interested in seeing, or just look at the cameras around noon.
