So great! Prices are great, owner was so nice, and the food was delish. I got two kinds of burgers and th sweet chili wings, and the wings were the best I’ve ever had! Not a fan of the “fries” but the onion rings are amazing! Swiss mushroom was great, and the classic was classic but left you satisfied! Excited to go back and try more

Spanish burger is amazing. Inside is super clean, workers were polite. Soft drink is digital self serve. Sides were great, fries are different. Will come here again. This place should do well in this stripmall. Better than its competition texas road house.

Good place to eat everything is really fresh and the fries are crispy and the lamb burger was good ! And also during the current human malware . They have done a lovely job in making booths around the tables . Also it’s super clean in here all the tables seemed to be wiped clean and everything is spotless . Thanks burger mi for the great lunch !

Hello,
I had a very bad experience today. I ordered a $35 family box. It was coming with wings, fries and onion rings. I ordered the spicy burger separate and that had a side of fries that I added bacon and cheese to. So first if they brought me my bacon and cheese fries and said the rest of the sides were coming. They forgot about the extra plain fries and onion rings. The fries with cheese and bacon tasted bitter were over cooked and very greasy looking. I tried eating them but the bitter taste was unappealing. I letting the cashier know and she stated that the fries were fresh and didn’t seem to care. I told her they forgot the rest of my order, which she brought out in 2-3 minutes. These fries were better and looked tasty. So I told her that and she still didn’t care. As I’m eating a fry on the bottom had a hair fried into it. So when I complained the manager started defending everything and stated that I was looking to get a free meal and that was not a hair. He removed the hair from the fry and said oh it’s a potato skin. I told him I have a picture of the hair as well which he decides to pull out a iPhone and take my picture to post me on the wall for being banned from burgeriM. He started talking about my race as well several customers walked out seeing this was the managers attitude. Absolutely horrible he refused to take accountability for there mistake. It’s a franchise owner and I’m waiting in my response from the corporate office. beware of spending money here and eating as well. The person frying foods has a beard and it was not covered in the kitchen. I attached my photos too one is the greasy cheese and bacon fries, and the other is the fries with hair on it, I don’t know how to attach it to this post

First, don’t listen to the poor reviews. This place is amaaaazing. If you want a nice NYC experience atmosphere while in Long Island, this is the place. Not only is their restaurant amazing looking, but so is the food. The doesn’t just have a pretty face though, it has the taste to go with it! I CANNOT stop telling my friends to check this place out. I recommend the Spanish Beef Burger, sweet potato fries (I normally hate them, but they make them out of this world), regular fries, garlic chili wings, and more. I’m so surprised more people don’t know about this place. It’s truly a gem with amazing taste and quality.

Upon further review I must retract my original post. Where after my first visit I posted I was pleased with the service and the burger. I have gone back 2 more times we ordered take out and both times when we got home the burgers were basically burnt, I mean who ever made them should have not put them on a bun! I’m a guy and will eat just about anything when hungry and threw it out and have crossed this place off my list of places to eat.

I’ve been to this place about 3 or 4 times, from the burgers to the wings the food is always delicious. I’ve tried the Greek lamb burger, the sweet chili wings , their Oreo milkshake , and it’s always been great . Customer service has always been nice and friendly, I even recommended this place to some freinds and family members and they all like the food . Definitely a nice burger joint to satisfy your cravings !
