There’s a worker named Donavan that could use some work in the customer service department. I asked if i was able to put spinach on my dipper and i got it that way before and i asked him to call his manager and the whole time he told me off with an attitude and even his coworker said he had one

I’m updating me review from 3 to 5 stars. After a new try I have been really enjoying their app and pickup service. I do see they added a note to the door that says “we except coupons” so something apparently changed there. I’m very happy with our local subway now.
Old review: The place is always clean and the food is textbook Subway food but I don’t think I have seen the same employee twice so the service is never consistent. They are very very strict on coupons and offers and reject some straight from corporate so bring proof and check that they will take it BEFORE they make your food!

I don’t normally do bad reviews but we have gone in twice now with horrible experiences. The first time we were told they were out of steak. Ok no problem.
Second time we were told they were out of steak, so we ordered chicken breast, which they were out of as well, so for rotisserie chicken. I settled and got all the way to the end and was told they were out of mayo. Lol. I guarantee there was some in the back but they were too lazy to get it..

Food was tasteless, and the girl working with black hair was very rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. When I asked her to put extra black olives on my foot long she pretty much threw them on the sandwich. Also when I first came in I asked if they had soup and she was just super unpleasant

Food is great, but the service is absolutely terrible. No one was wearing name tags so I couldn’t tell her name, but the woman serving my friend and I was extremely rude. She was short and blonde, and whenever we talked snapped “did you say something?” She was also on her phone while serving us and was obviously not happy that it took us a while to figure out what we wanted.
