The lemongrass-marinated pork was grilled perfectly, placed inside in a crisp baguette, filled with tangy pickled veggies and fresh herbs.
The Vietnamese iced coffee was perfect. Just the right amount of ice. It had a deep roast flavor with just the right touch of sweetness.
We ordered a pound of snow crab.
Fish with hush puppies
Shrimp, eggrolls, and wings.
You’ll find that it’s a little restaurant off in the corner of a shopping strip not too far from the Naval Base.
There is plenty of parking as I saw during what normally is peak time during Saturday for most people dining out.
The staff was attentive and also laid back so it made the experience very cozy and inviting.
On to best part! The foooood! Ok the Vietnamese coffee was fantastic ! I also ordered Pho and asked for the chili oil sauce amongst the basic things I would use were all present on the table. I also ordered the little Vietnamese pancakes with shrimp which isn’t something you normally see at Viet restaurants! I was pleasantly surprised and found that they were delicious like the ones I’ve had before. Oh and the spring rolls as an appetizers was a no brainer along with the egg fried rice as an additonal side. My spouse got the steam shrimp with the house special and that was a treat as it reminded her of back home where Viet /cajun style crawfish and seafood back home is our main go to. Everything was fresh and prepared in a timely manner.
Being from a major city that has such a huge Vietnamese population I was on guard about any Viet place in west Florida tasting good and I have to say I’m impressed. I’ll make this place somewhere I would frequent Forsure! I look forward to having the bahn mi next!
This place is a gem so go here and try some authentic food.
The highlights of my meal were the Phở and Bò Lúc Lắc (Vietnamese Shaking Beef). The Phở delivered a deep, flavorful broth—rich but not heavy—while fresh herbs, tender meat, and perfectly cooked noodles made every bite comforting. The Bò Lúc Lắc’s seared beef was tender, juicy, and full of savory flavor, paired with rice that absorbed the delicious sauce.
The service is what truly made the experience special. Throughout the meal, the staff ensured everything was good and that I had what I needed. It’s rare to find such a great mix of excellent food and real hospitality, but Blazin Casian Kitchen gets it just right.
For anyone seeking vibrant flavors, fresh ingredients, and truly friendly service, Blazin Casian Kitchen should be your top choice. I’ll absolutely be back to explore more of their menu.
