For a sushi place in a smaller, inconspicuous mall, they have some impressively good sushi! I’ve had actual Japanese sushi in Kyoto so I have some understanding of authentic sushi, but I’m by no means a connoisseur. The staff here is also very friendly, if they don’t already have what you want on display, they will make it fresh in less than 5 minutes.

I’m on a hunt to find the best Ramen. In my search I found Sushiyo located in Tuttle Crossing Mall Food court. The price is fair of $7.99 for the Chicken Ramen Bowl. I appreciate the server asking if the order was to go or dine in. If the order is to go they will place the broth in a separate container so the noodles won’t get soggy. The spicy chicken Ramen is my favorite so far. The spices and broth are a great combination. Parking is pretty open and first come first served.

the ladies at sushiyo are lovely and i’ve had good experiences with their smoked salmon roll in the past but they knowingly sold me a discolored and grey (most likely spoiled) smoked salmon roll; the avocado was also browning. wasn’t comfortable eating it but too lazy to go back and ask for refund, just hope they pay more attention next time

Reasonable price, excellent presentation, absolutely delicious. The spicy ramen was flavorful and they will adjust to your desired level of spicy as well.
The free sushi sample worked – I ended up getting it as well, the Ohio roll.
If you are near Tuttle Mall, definitely take the few minutes to visit the food court. You won’t be disappointed!

They are very nice and the food is amazing, i loved Sushi because of them. They do the food perfect. The lady there gave me one time a free big size of a sushi box because i told her that the sushi was not crispy last time when i took it home, but i think it was my fault as i put it in the fridge for next day, and sushi should be eaten fresh. I love this place, i cannot go to the mall without eating sushi now, even if we are eating something else, but the sushi is like the main snack 😀
