Happened to be driving by on our way to Snowmass and needed a quick meal so we pulled over when we saw Veros Taqueria. The food is DELICIOUS and solidly some of the best Mexican food we’ve had, super authentic! We got the fabulous fries and the torta de carnitas 10/10. Staff was patient, friendly and welcoming. Don’t let this place fly under your radar, give it a try!

we went in to just taste and see what parachute’s new restaurant had to offer. We found smiling faces and aromas to temp one to order everything on the menu. We placed our order then ventured over to the bakery. I am not real familiar with any Mexican sweets. however my mate purchased five different sweets breads/rolls. That lil brown paper bag, didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before we both took a bite out of everything, the long loaf with sweet butter is simply amazing. lol I thought the big puffy red scone looking thing rolled in coconut flakes was my least fav then I swallow it, and realized it tasted, like a short bread cookie yummy!

wow, this place is wonderful. We went in to try the Asada taco’s; ended up ordering 6 tacos and 2 queso barrias to go. As we were waiting we took a walk through the amazing bakery!! This lil place is amazing
