Several other reviewers have mentioned the stale food. I have noticed the same thing on numerous occasions. If the previous day’s food has not been completely sold, they will make sure that’s what they give you. It’s disappointing because Wetzel’s are so good when fresh and baked properly.

The worst store ever. I would give 0 stars if that was possible. The employees are lazy, do not know what what customer service is. I went there and they didn’t have jalapeño pretzel, the cash register said it would take 7 minutes and I said I was willing to wait. But another worker said no it will be 20 mins and they all seemed unwilling to make it. I still said I will wait. The pretzels were out in 10 mins, but instead of giving me the pretzel they intentional ignored that I was waiting and left the pretzels out in the open on the sink. When it was 25 mins I went and asked how long will it take cause I can clearly see the pretzels there past 15 mins now and the response I got want “yea I am working other stuff now”. Even after me asking, it took them another 10 mins to finish joking and talking with each other and then I was handed the pretzel. I feel the staff purposely delayed giving the pretzel because I had requested them to make and they didn’t want to make it. When I got the pretzel, they were cold and disgusting as expected because they were left out in the open 15+ minutes.

Visited the store next to JCPenney on June 30 at 4:30 and they were out of cheese bites. The only ones they had were pepperoni bites which I couldn’t eat. They said it’ll take 45 mins to make and to go to the store instead. Lazy high schoolers

The pretels were okay. It was my fault for thinking it was going to be a funnel cale bite with the absence of a fryer. I got the funnel cale bites, which were just the pretzel bites topped with powder sugar and strawberry topping. Not bad by any means, though. The service was provided by teenage kids, probably highschoolers lol so I didn’t expect much.

The pizza pretzel bites were terrible. Crazy overcooked/burnt!!! Completely inedible! We loved the cinnamon and sugar pretzel bites but they didn’t have the icing sauce to go with it. Super sweet guy working the register. But I should’ve requested new pretzels.

There was no food ready and I changed my order three times to get something quicker cause I had to pick up stuff from another store. My slushy was barely frozen. There wasn’t anyone sampling either which is like wetzels whole thing isn’t it? The person that took my cash didn’t change their gloves before touching other stuff. I was telling someone at Hot Topic about how crappy it was and they said they got a cup of ice with a bug in it one time. The employees seem clueless like they have no training or are scared of their boss and customers. It’s disappointing to see teenagers so stressed out over stupid pretzels cause you think it’d be a fun job.

I usually go to Auntie Anne’s for my pretzel fix. I’ve had Wetzel’s before in an Utah mall a few years ago but my boyfriend was really craving a soft pretzel. I tried to warn him my bag of pretzels years ago were mediocre but I decided to try Wetzel’s again. Atmosphere was average and the person taking our order did the bare minimum and wasn’t exactly friendly. We got a bag of pretzel bites which was warm but the pretzels were tasteless. It just tasted like bread – doughy with no flavor. The bag we got was stupid expensive for the lack of flavor. We ended up not finishing the bag and left it on a mall railing for somebody else to have. It was a huge disappointment since they smelled good from a distance. We’re going to stick to Auntie Anne’s for our pretzel fix.

I get that working at the Wetzel’s Pretzels is probably not a great job but you don’t have to provide terrible customer service because you don’t enjoy what you do. Very disappointed in the service provided by Emma L. Who did not care to sell me anything if she could. The other guys hanging around didn’t seem very interested in helping out either. And to top it off they didn’t give me a receipt on a $50 purchase so that I could redeem the points on the transaction. If you don’t want my money the message has been very well received.

App says they are open till 9pm, I rushed all the way over there and they were closed, and looks like they have been closed for a while, no one there and all cleaned up, what a disappointment
