BY FAR my favorite restaurant in the entire mall, & my top 3 fav ever! Joann had excellent customer service and very good demeanor. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. I ordered the tenders meal with fries. The tenders and fries were cooked to perfection. I also ordered a chocolate and strawberry shake with whipped cream. The shakes were perfect, nice and smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Not sure of the name of the person that took our order but we placed it at 12:25pm on May 1st, 2025 and we waited for almost 30 minutes after they told us it would only be a few minutes.
Our food was never made and when we asked how much longer there excuse was it did not print in the pack printer in and that they thought the cook had made Even though they didn’t bother to call us up for our order. But spent the whole time talking to each other while we waited for almost 30 minutes for the burgers and fries.
Not to mention we were the only people waiting for food there was no line at the time.
We ended up requesting a refund for our food and ended up going over Charley’s instead.
