They manage to hit the box bet with some amazing Louisiana favorites while putting a delicious twist on some of the healthier options. My sister and I eat at the Rosewater everytime we stay at Delta, We come in from Houston and play 4 to 5 times a year, Staying 2 to 3 nights every visit. We have tried various item’s from the Menu. I personally Love the Fried shrimp, it’s delicious, cooked perfectly. My second favorite item has to be the Porkchop topped with a sause and on the side, mashed potatoes. The Cesar salad is also very tasty. We have had a variety of item’s and have no complaints. I can honestly tell you the best part of our dining experience is our waitress, Rachel she gives the Best Customer Service ❤️ always checking to see if we have everything we need. We always look forward to seeing her, She has the best personality, Very friendly and professional.. Looking forward to eating and seeing Rachel again at the beginning of next year.

We come here all the time. But tonight the service was very lousy. We had this waitress who kept forgetting the bring us utensils the gumbo was cold, we kept asking for bread & crackers. I ordered the pork chops they were horrible. I was really disappointed and having a bill over $100 it was worthless. Next time we will try out the other restaurant. Very poor service.

We came here for a later dinner close to 10 o clock. The service was flawless, Melanie was a server and she was such a pleasure. Everything was good hot and fresh. It was not a real busy time, we were given the royal treatment greeted by everyone we saw here. Definitely will return to this hidden gem in Delta.

Update as of Oct 2025. Still as good as ever! Portabella Crab Appetizer is amazing fyi! Been here many many times over the years. The food is outstanding at the Rosewater as alway. I’ve had almost everything on the current menu… Recommendations… Seafood Gumbo is fantastic; Louisiana Catfish on the menu is really good as well; Salmon is fantastic as well which I’m eating tonight; NY Strip I had last time I was here was one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time; Rosewater Chicken is really outstanding as well. Tavern Burger is the only item I wasn’t crazy about on the menu… That being said I don’t generally eat burgers. Staff here is fantastic as well! Manager and head chef deserve props for making this place awesome! It definitely is one of the best “in” casino restaurants to eat and every staff member that has served me over the years was wonderful to me. Thank you! 5 stars aa always. Brunch is also very good as well if u are here on a Sunday.

The blackened chicken in the fettuccine was very tender. There was an excessive amount of sauce though. The crab cakes were very fresh, but a little bland. Portion sizes were generous. Our main complaint was service. It took about 15 minutes to get a server to even take our drink orders and when we were ready for the check, we couldn’t get anyone’s attention.

While staying at the Ray hotel had the opportunity to enjoy the rooftop amenities. I’ve been going there on vacation for over the last few years, and it’s always a great vibe and great people. The staff is always on their A game. My next to last day at the RAY hotel we had found a metal fastener of some sort in the ice in our drink at the pool, and told the manager. He took the time to go and research where it came from to make sure it wasn’t gonna happen again. He found us, and showed us a picture where the bolt came from which was the ice machine to make us feel comfortable getting more drinks. And then he said come tomorrow or the next day and I’ll take care of you. This was William Armstrong (the G.M.)

My boyfriend had steak and eggs. His steak was like rubber he said.
The whole meal was horrible, awful.
I had French toast and that was the most awful French toast. Bread was fried in oil and so very hard to cut.
We will not return. We will let all our family and friends know. We spent $80 and some cents. Never again.

I tried this place 3 times. The 1st 2 times I couldI’m get waited on so I walked out. The 3rd time was terrible food cold potatoes sensitive waiter, steak wasn’t done. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to this place

I was excited to try this restaurant but disappointed with the food. The portions were good and presentation was nice. The flavor was lacking. I had grilled catfish and mac n cheese. The fish was pan fried with no seasoning at all. The vegetable menu is limited. Staff was nice and price was not bad. We enjoyed the atmosphere, modern and updated.
