The SF Mango-Peach was so good and refreshing on the hottest of days. The little one loved their sundae. The lady at the counter was very kind to him and his he wanted his ice cream.
Side note: I witnessed another worker (Brian) offer another customer to put her large order of Italian Ice in the freezer while awaiting for her ride. Would revisit 10/10.

Nice staff, but the concretes here aren’t mixed very well and are not very consistent. Iv been here 3 times, the first time I got an apple pie concrete it was barely mixed and it tasted like cleaning supplies from the blending machine. We came in at 8:30 ish that time. Second time they were out of brownies and the custard was watery and had barely any pieces of cheesecake bites for the strawberry cheesecake concrete. And just went today on June 27th and my boyfriend and I got the same thing due to them being out of brownies still… the concretes we got were the Reece’s peanut better mudslide I got mine with caramel instead of the fudge, but more than half of mine consisted of peanut butter it was so dense I couldn’t get my spoon to the custard. Mind you I only had 2 inches of custard and the rest is peanut butter and a dash of Carmel on top. My boyfriend’s was the Reece’s peanut butter mudslide without fudge or caramel and barely had any pieces of Reece’s in it basically all custard…

Oh sweet Rita’s, what could I possibly say to express my gratitude? Your ice is scrumptious, your gelato is thick and creamy, and your rotation of flavors makes every visit interesting. Except for those few times you closed before your hours were up, you have been a staple in my after-events celebrations, sad days for a pick me up, and just because trips for a treat! The staff has always been very nice and helpful. I love getting a gelati or a classic ice. Swedish fish flavor can’t ever be wrong!

The ice is very good and consistent with other ritas that I’ve been to. I like that they do the free ice for the 1st day of spring like the one I’m used to. I feel like they should do the QR code for rewards though. Not gonna lie, I feel duped that I can’t earn a reward anymore for going there. That might change my mind about favoring Ritas over some other slightly closer options. Still, it’s good.

I had never had Rita’s before today. Even after being in Greensburg on and off, my whole life and passing by twicw a day, 5 days a week.
I tried the passion fruit with custard in it.. And Ohhh my gosh! I’m officially addicted, and I cannot believe that I had never gone before.
I’ll be back, for sure! And if you’re wondering whether or not to go – just do it! The lady working today was fabulously helpful. You will not be disappointed!

I tried some sugar free cherry which tasted like it was made from the remains of dead puppies and flowers. All the happiness in my soul was sucked out by this place. Great place to stop if you don’t want to feel joy ever again.
