Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.
Counter-serve pizza chain with traditional pies & slices, plus pasta & other Italian staples.

Reviews
They heated up the pizza before giving it to me. I asked for crushed red pepper in a packet so the lady give me three. The pizza was okay but you should eat it the moment after they heat it up for the best taste.
If you are shopping at the Westfield Topanga and need a break from the crowds, Villa Italian Kitchen in the food court is an absolute gem. It’s rare to find “mall food” that feels this authentic and fresh, but Villa consistently delivers that old-world Italian vibe right in the heart of Woodland Hills.
What to Order:
The Pizza: Their NY-style XL slices are legendary. The crust has that perfect thin, crispy snap, and they don’t skimp on the 100% whole milk mozzarella.
The Stromboli: If you’re extra hungry, the pepperoni stromboli is a must. It’s golden-brown, packed with filling, and comes with a side of their signature marinara that tastes like it’s been simmering all day.
The Sides: Do yourself a favor and grab the Garlic Rolls. They are soft, buttery, and honestly addictive.
The Experience:
The staff at this location is remarkably friendly and fast, even during the busy weekend rush. Everything is displayed beautifully—the “eye eats first” here—and they always make sure to heat your slice to perfection before serving. It’s the ideal spot for a quick, high-quality lunch that actually leaves you feeling satisfied. The Perfect Pit-Stop: Villa Italian Kitchen at Topanga Mall
