This is the third time the drink I’ve ordered didn’t have the sauce stirred and was just sitting on the bottom of the cup. I let it go the first two times, but this is something management should be aware of. Starbucks standards of quality have really decreased. How is anyone supposed to drink this while they are driving to work? Am I supposed to drink the coffee and just throw away the sauce sitting at the bottom?

I don’t normally give out reviews, but I have to let whoever is in charge of this establishment know that Allie is exceptional. She was very patient with me and helped me navigate what I may or may not like. I’m a simple latte kind of gal but her suggestion of the brown sugar shaken espresso with cinnamon dolce cold foam… hands down amazing. She was able to answer all of my questions and her ability to provide amazing customer service is an asset. This location has made a complete turn around from a year ago. The new manager should be recognized for what they have done.

mobile ordered two items, one trenta strawberry acai and a sausage cheddar. waited 10 minutes to pick up my items, only the sausage cheddar was made. nobody was even starting my drink. it’s not their problem but i had to be at an appointment and couldn’t afford to wait 20 minutes for a drink that takes 1min to make…. wait times at this store have gotten worse and worse recently when you’re not in drive thru. they don’t care about you unless you’re a drive thru customer.

I went to get coffee at 4 45 am on tuesday and krista who was my barista had made sure she got my order right which is greatly appreciated. I typically go to the one in Willoughby. In pine ridge estates. But I will say over the last couple of years unfortunately their service provides good but the quality of the coffee has just degraded. I’ve complained about it multiple times but eventually it rang on numb ears. Now I found a new location which I don’t mind taking the extra minutes because the quality is still there. Hopefully pine ridge estates will hear my calls and improve on the quality of the coffee I do love the location but the coffee just tastes like bitter dirt water every time I go there. Unfortunately even with remakes it’s either something in the water

Stopped in cause I am diabetic and needed to use the bathroom bad. Was legit told that if I don’t buy anything I am not permitted. Like ok bathroom nazi. The amount of money I spend here weekly should cover that. I guess they went as far as changing the code. In my eyes that’s a bit extreme. Let people pee!

I got the breakfast wrap & caramel frap. The drink is delicious & the wrap was hot. Service was quick & the young lady at the window was very nice. Will come back to this location when I want Starbucks
