Cozy bagel shop, with everything homemade.
We got several bagels and a few different cream cheese flavors.
Our favorites were the scallion cream crease, and we loved the everything bagel, the Italian herbs bagel, and the cheddar jalapeño bagel.
Coffee was ok, nothing to write home about, but the bagels were absolutely delicious.
We loved the outdoor seating and found it very cozy and ambient.
The employee was very sweet and quick to get us our food.
Easy 5 stars.

This is our second time visiting St Augustine and stopping by this place. The bagels are very tasty. The reg black coffee is just ok but I usually like mine very strong so that’s just a personal preference. The place has been around for 37 years and it does tend to get busy . Inside is very small, so only about 4 people can be inside ordering; they do have a few tables outside if you want to eat there. Overall it’s a great place for breakfast or if you’re a bagel lover

Visiting from the UK and came across this place by luck. So glad we did. My partner had the Avo-bac-ado and I had the Angry Cornelius. They didn’t disappoint. Bagels were loaded with topping and tasted amazing. 100% recommended.

Stopped by here on Sunday morning and the line was around the block so we went somewhere else that day but I knew it was something special we needed to try again so we came back on Monday. Awesome bagels!!! I had a cheese bagel with cream cheese. So soft and lovely! Hubby got an avocado egg sandwich which was so good too. Definitely get there early as they do sell out. Worth the trip!!

Before the pandemic, my sister and I found this bagel shop and thought why not give it a try. We were amazed!! We ordered bagels to take home because they were the best bagels we ever had. A few years went by, my fiance and I took a short trip to St Augustine and I told her we HAVE to go here for breakfast. The first morning there, I walked to get bagels and bring them back to the Airbnb. My fiance literally was speechless and was blown by the flavor of the bagel and cream cheese. Being a chef herself and specializing in breakfast sandwiches, she was curious of how their sandwiches tasted. We went back the next day and just as she thought, better than the day before. The outside seating is absolutely adorable and the staff is a gem. I refer EVERYONE to go here and try their bagels and cream cheese to start or to jump right in and get one of their amazing sandwiches. We look forward to visiting again.

Schmagel’s Bagels is an absolute must! We attempted to go on a Saturday morning and the line was outside of the porch area (always a great sign), but due to time constraints we couldn’t wait and went back on Sunday where we found it to be less busy.
The lady who took our order was very kind and even brought out some bacon for our pup!! The bagel sandwiches were INCREDIBLE!!
All dining is outside but in a nice shaded area with a decent amount of seating (and pet friendly!).
This will be a go-to spot on our future trips to St. Augustine!

We come inside to find out they only have 4 types of bagels left and that’s it. Well at this point your committed as we already paid 10$ a car to park. So either way now screwed. Food was good the service sucks the woman was not nice at all, short and rude no customer service skills. Edit. As you can see by the response from the company the lack of customer service or professionalism’s. I’m fully aware of what ST Augustine has to offer but this review is about your shop.
