Came up to the drive through, and the staff immediately started coming towards us. The lady was very nice, but the music is very loud and terrible. I would think that a coffee shop (even drive through) would have more older music, or something other than rap. Especially with kids in the cars and during Christmas time! We came up, and paid. After we left, we found out that they gave us the wrong things. We ordered white hot chocolates, and gave us all regular hot chocolates. They had to make my dads hot latte, again. My mom and I got the Sweet and Salty. They were cold when we got them, because they were sitting on the table waiting for the rest of the order. In the kitchen it seemed chaotic, but the coffee was ok. I do have one think that I DID NOT LIKE AT ALL. They wiped all of the coffee’s with one rag . That is not sanitary, personally. I went to the 7 brew in Hammond, and that was so much better! Definitely will not do it again!!!

I came through the drive thru this morning for the first time, my husband goes often and I wanted to try. The team member namesAaliyah s. Was super nice, kind, and helpful with a smile on her face!! She recommended me the chocolate dipped strawberry cold brew (which sounded really good)

7 Brew in Houma never disappoints! Drinks are delicious, service is fast and the servers are just the sweetest. The young man who brought me my drink, Jaydin, had the best energy and was so polite! He didnt just run me my drink n walked away, he greeted me and asked about my day. Great customer service, i will be back!

I’m not sure what the issue is when this location is busy, but they can’t seem to keep up with the amount of orders and guest. Orders are being made incorrect. They had 3 different people take my order because none of them knew how to put it in, I was also made to drive around 3 times while they figured it out. My drink was supposed to be a WHITE chocolate mocha.

Absolutely love going to East Houma 7 brew!! They literally make my day. They are consistent, always have a smile on their face and I love getting to know them where they ask me how I’ve been and I truly feel like they care. I absolutely love singing and dancing with them. My son always tells me to turn in so we can go have fun! I will always give them my business. If you aren’t trying 7 brew for sure your missing out especially this amazing location!!!

I absolutely love going to 7brew if you’re not having a good day, I suggest turn into 7brew and you will definitely feel different when you leave. The workers are awesome and they are absolutely there for the customers and you can see that each time you go. I can’t leave this out My daughter is a shift leader at 7brew and I have family members who called me and tell me this place has made a big difference in her, like they see her as being shy but when they see her working they’re like she is totally a different person. The place to be!! Houma best coffee establishment I’ve ever been to. The people are just amazing 10/10 customer service. The young man who took my order was patient with me as it was my first time. If you ever need to get something to drink go find Jason with the blonde hair! He hooked me up with the sweet and salty and it did NOT disappoint.
