I was really excited about a local Chipotle. However, when I went today, the steak in my burrito bowl was so overcooked it looked like beef jerky, the large bag of chips I ordered was less than half full, and the employees were not very friendly. Unfortunately, I had a to-go order and didn’t realize the issues with my food until I got back home. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the food, as I usually love Chipotle and was looking forward to having one in town.

Ordered 2 bowls with chicken at 4pm , they had no black beans left and no fajitas veggies when I asked and barely any rice. All they said was we’re out of it … not one effort to restock the items and then still charged full price.
Well- actually overcharged me since a chicken bowl is like $10 and we got a large bag of chips on the side so $23 but was charged $29

We went to Chipotle on their opening day. We were exceedingly impressed with how well organized and functional everything seemed to be. It was clean. It was like a well-oiled machine! The food was delicious as we expected it to be.

It’s so sad leaving 1 star reviews has become trendy. I guess nobody is safe from outrage culture, even burrito makers. This Chipotle is fantastic, just like every other Chipotle and I’m thrilled to finally have one in Lake Country. Are fast casual places sometimes out of your favorite thing? Do humans sometimes wake up on the wrong side of the bed? Yes. That’s life. Get over yourself and stop dragging everyone else down around you because you lead a miserable existence. Employees of this location: keep up the great work, you are appreciated.

Ordered online for pick up. Order was made correctly. Everything was hot and fresh. The chips were soggy and the guac was cold and delicious. They had plenty of items left being later in the evening on a weekend. Great staff!!
