They were quick but this tastes like nothing. The ice cream is terrible. It taste like frozen milk not ice cream. Mine is okay due to the chocolate oreos. My sisters cookie dough blizzard is even worse. 🙁

Owner got ahold of me and explained the situation. Getting me a gift card to mend the situation. Love how quick he was to fix the situation!
The milk / not ice cream mix was inadvertently hooked into the machine , by an employee on accident and caught soon after.

This is one of the best DQs I’ve been to. I live in New Ulm and would rather wait until I’m in St. James to get my ice cream fix. So much better than our DQ. It’s clean, the staff is great and the manger (I think) is always friendly. The service is fast and my order is always correct and never melting by the time I get it.

Couldn’t say anything less then excellent. The service is pleasant, and quick, yet the food is great quality. I’ve been to many other sites, and I gotta say this locations bun choice for their grilled chicken is beyond amazing. Other sites use hamburger buns that are deflated and boring. With their orange Julius, they are thicker and way better then other sites as well. Other places are watered down and not like an orange julius should be. And the pup cups are adorable! Best Dairy Queen site i have EVER been to. And I’ve been to a lot of them! The staffs friendly smiles deffinitly make it a happy experience for me and the family. I would reccomend this site to anyone, and everyone.

I always go and get a Dilly bar! And I get a pup cup for my dog, they give you these for free for your dog if you order something! It’s a little dish of vanilla ice cream with a couple of little tiny milk Bones on top! I think this is awesome!

Friendly staff; service with a smile. Interior is clean and well-kept. Cheerful atmosphere. Not a large area, but adequate for small groups. Has four booths inside as well as outdoor seating. They also have a drive-up window. They are not a full DQ brazier, but they do offer chicken sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, hot dogs, and chili dogs along with all of the typical ice cream treats. DQ Treatzza Pizzas are offered here as well.
