Our family of 4 visited for dinner on Friday night at 7:30. We waited for 15 minutes before walking out. No drink order was ever taken and we were never offered menus. We saw other groups who had waited just as long. Obviously not enough help, and those who were there had no system or organization. I’d really like to support this NC company, but this location needs some work.

Visited the store in Gastonia off and on when I worked up there. Always received a juicy, very tasty burger that frankly made a mess when you ate it. Very surprised at the dry, unimaginative burger I had last week here. I know they are new so I may go again after they have been open longer.

Gotta say I was disappointed. First visit to a Hwy 55 and at least this one is a dud.
Walked in just after opening at 11and the floor was sticky – not just in one place, but throughout, even in the bathroom. Speaking of which, men’s bathroom trash was full. Did I mention it was just after opening?
Tea refill was incorrect (I say it every time “unsweet”).
Had to get check from manager as waitress was too busy talking with a friend at the counter.
Food was ok, but with other options, I doubt I will try this franchise again. I know I won’t be back to this one.
