As locally owned and operated restaurants, Culver’s has earned its reputation for deliciousness by serving the freshest ingredients to guests, with unmatched hometown hospitality. Fresh, never frozen burgers are always cooked to order, and premium, better-than-ice-cream, fresh frozen custard is made in small batches throughout the day, every day. Welcome to delicious!

We ordered delivery from DoorDash the other night. We did not receive the kids meal. I called the locations and they found the kids meal and said they would make it fresh for us. I went to get the kids meal but took a bite of my burger first. It was raw. My wife’s was also raw.
When I got to the location, they remade all of the food fresh. We got home and cut the burgers this time and the attached photo is what we got. The store leadership was very friendly and helpful but ultimately this is unacceptable.
We have received undercooked chicken and burgers from this location several times. They are very busy all the time but it’s crucial not to sacrifice food safety for order speed.
This needs to be intentionally addressed and thoroughly corrected before someone gets sick, or worse.

I don’t always eat fast food, but when I do, I prefer the blue-roofed sanctuary of a Culver’s. Walking through those doors isn’t just a trip to a restaurant; it’s like getting a warm hug from a guy in a sweater vest who just finished mowing his lawn. It’s the ultimate suburban adventure where the vibes are high, and the hospitality is even higher. I’m talking about a place where they treat you like family—the good kind of family that actually feeds you and doesn’t ask when you’re going to get a “real” job.
The ButterBurger is the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world. It’s seared to perfection and nestled on a bun that has been kissed by butter in a way that feels both romantic and incredibly delicious. And don’t even get me started on the cheese curds. These golden nuggets of Wisconsin joy are so squeaky and fresh, I’m pretty sure they could pass a polygraph test. It’s reliable, it’s high-energy, and frankly, it’s the most fun you can have with a crinkle-cut fry.
But the real magic happens at the finish line with the Fresh Frozen Custard. Whether you’re diving into the Flavor of the Day or a Concrete Mixer, it’s a creamy masterpiece that makes regular ice cream look like it’s not even trying. It’s the kind of reliability that builds empires, or at least very satisfied appetites. Every visit feels like a win for the home team, and I’m the MVP of the dining room.
Stay buttery, my friends

First time ordering. Heard about their cod fish, good reviews. I ordered the cod fish dinner platter because I don’t like my fish between bread. I was very pleased with the platter and I highly recommend it. I will be returning again soon. Fish was very crispy and I enjoyed it very much. Service was quick and polite. Honestly the best fish dinner around.
Keep up the good work

Ever since Culver’s opened their first store in the upstate, they have consistently delivery quality and flavor. Today’s special is extra on both accounts: the Garlic & Bacon Pub Burger bursts with flavor. The flavors and textures really worked together so well.

After our shopping visit to Carter’s we made a trip to Culver’s in Simpsonville for lunch. Culver’s opens at 10:00 am, and a few people were already inside. The store was clean and quiet, so was the restroom. No wait time to place my order, I decided on the two piece chicken strip basket with fried and a drink, I also treated my niece to lunch, she ordered the four piece chicken strip basket with fries, and for little man a small chocolate/vanilla swirl frozen custard. No chicken yet for him, only one little bottom tooth in the front. My other niece ordered a butter burger with cheese curds. They take a name and give you a number. The drinks are self serve, with a napkin, and condiments section. I had lemonade to drink, not a long wait for our food to be brought out. The chicken was tasty and hot, and so were the fries, both nieces enjoyed their food, the cheese curds were hot and crispy. I just had to try the frozen custard which I enjoyed, and so did little man. I enjoyed my first time dining at Culver’s though it took me a while to finally dine here. The service was friendly and fast, the atmosphere was nice with the Christian music playing over the speakers, it was a very enjoyable lunch with family.

This is not a review of food quality, which was fine, or a review about how they messed up my order, even though they did. This is a review about customer service. Mistakes happen. I don’t care about that. I do care about customer service. I placed one order and then realized that I needed to add something else, so I placed a second order. I had already been given one order number, so the same cashier verbalized to the staff to ensure that the second order was included with the first number that I was given. I drove 15 minutes home and realized that I didn’t receive the second order that I had placed. Yes, this is frustrating, but again, mistakes happen. I drove back to the store to pick up the second order, but by this time 40 minutes had passed. They had the bagged order ready and were just going to hand me the food and send me on my way without any apology or attempt to make things right. I had to request that they remake the food since I’m sure it was cold after 40 minutes. They agreed to remake the food, but the man who I believe was the manager made some sort of comment about how they were trying to find me to give me the second order and threw away the old food in a way that clearly showed he was frustrated with the whole situation. I’m not sure why he would have reason to be frustrated. They are the ones who messed up the order. Terrible customer service. Not only should you offer an apology and gladly remake the food, but they should’ve also offered something extra for my trouble. I had the exact same issue at Tropical Grill recently, and they handled this perfectly, volunteering to provide extra food for my trouble. It doesn’t matter how good your food is, you will sink or swim based on your customer service. Do better.

Food is mediocre at best but we come specifically for ice cream. Don’t think this will be a fast easy trip for family ice cream. They send EVERY CAR to park after paying and after 20 minutes of waiting for ONLY ice cream my husband went in to see what the issue was and they pull the ice cream out of a freeze already made and only 2/3 full. A joke. We won’t be back anymore because this is getting to be constant. The photos are how the ice cream looked when pulled out of the freezer. Looks like someone snacked on ours.

We stopped by today, 07/01 for a late lunch, and everything was good. Our orders were accurate, the restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. We also got a $3 pint of custard to try and it was really good as well.

Cod sandwich with no cod through the drive thru. Went back to get a refund and the manger (I’m
Assuming) said it was crazy to refund the order. All while he had his back to me and my husband. No apology at all!

Second time at this location. It’s been over a month since the first visit. The first time I left mad because of how an employee made me feel. Total difference this time than last. Vickie absolutely has our business !! Excellent customer service and delicious food! We will be regulars now.
