I don’t understand how you have a drive-thru Lane and when somebody pulls up the two or three employees behind the glass just stare at you and continue working like you don’t exist. There hasn’t been a single time. I’ve been here where when I pulled up they open the window and gave me my bag of food. I’d have to sit there from anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes while they chattered amongst themselves and continued to make other dishes while my bag sat on the shelf and three people were behind me in line. It’s so insane that when they finally serve the person in front of you and you pull up, they close the window on you and just go back to work like you don’t exist. Is this a policy? Is this something to give you anticipation of the food so it tastes better? I just don’t understand how you can treat customers like this like they don’t exist. On another note, the food is just like any other. It’s fine. Portions go from barely anything to stuffed so it depends on who’s making it is to what you’re going to get but it’s food….

I feel like every time I walk into this Chipotle, the staff shoots daggers at me, except for maybe one woman who is usually working the register, she has dark hair and glasses and she is pleasant. I know food service is not easy, but I try my best to be polite, keep things moving and keep my orders simple, but the workers here are so grouchy, specifically in the evening. Like I said, I understand food service sucks especially in today’s day and age, but don’t take it out on me, I’m just trying to get my food and go. Some of the workers in the line where they make your food don’t even say hello. Normally I don’t really care because it’s fast food but they’re borderline rude here every time.

I went to Chipotle today and was really disappointed by the cleanliness and food handling. The register area had corn and rice spilled everywhere, and the counter where they wrapped food was covered in veggies and sour cream. The trash can was full and there were no napkins available.
What bothered me most was that the employee tried to make my burrito with the same gloves she used to handle the register and money. I asked her to change her gloves — she was polite about it, but the situation was just disgusting. Overall, the store felt unsanitary and not up to Chipotle’s usual standards.

The Fayetteville Chipotle is like pretty well like every other Chipotle, which means it’s really good. If you have a favourite Chipotle dish, you won’t be disappointed if you order it here. My wife remarked that the service was especially quick at this location. The line to the counter moved quickly. Recommended!

Recently walked into the restaurant, went up to order and was told they are not accepting in-person orders at this time. Mind you I was at the restaurant, in line, the food is sitting there, and they are refusing to serve customers and are prioritizing drive-thru and online orders. I have never heard of this or ever experienced such terrible customer service.
I then asked, how long will it be before you will. After the person goes and checks, they come back and say it will be fifteen minutes. While I was waiting for the person to come back, a person waiting for their order informs me that 5 minutes ago another person in the same situation was told fifteen minutes.

I’ll start this by saying I’ve had a terrible day so yes this might be over exaggerated but I do not care tbh. It’s BOGO and I pull up with my family for some grub, so starting off on a good note. BUT then they gave me a pitiful serving of chicken which is almost insulting. And I’m alittle weird and like a lot of cheese so I asked for a large handful of cheese. The girl takes her fingertips, dips them in the cheese and sprinkles like 10 shreds on my bowl. Then looks at me and goes “Sorry bro, I’m almost out of cheese” while laughing. THE CONTAINER WAS FULL OF CHEESE. Like deadass I am fuming, writing this while eating my bowl. She has a tattoo on her right arm and she’s ginger. I hope you’re reading this because you made my absolutely abysmal day even worse.

Four of the five orders were wrong. All five orders had cold meat, beans and rice. One of the orders had a used top with a torn off sticker.
When concerns were brought to Robin, the manager, she said to call corporate.
I’m including a photo of a bowl that had white rice instead of brown, and is missing beans and lettuce. Another picture shows the used top. Another picture shows a burrito that’s missing chicken and has beans and tomatoes that weren’t supposed to be in the burrito. My daughters order contained steak, she’s a vegetarian and ordered absolutely NO meat! She was disgusted and immediately threw it out.
Chipotle should be highly embarrassed of this franchise. Get yourselves together.
