Exceptional food and service! Beautiful aesthetics paired with great food will make your experience even more beautiful. The Ying/Yang bowl was amazing! The spicy side was my favorite. The appetizer takes you on an adventure. A must try!!

Kyuramen x Tbaar is a fantastic spot for ramen lovers! The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles have the perfect texture, and the portions are generous. The restaurant has a modern, cozy atmosphere, and the service is fast and friendly. The bubble teas from Tbaar are also amazing — fresh, not too sweet, and with lots of flavor options. It’s a great place for a casual lunch or dinner with friends. Definitely one of the best ramen places in the Memphis area!

Love the food here. I am Indian and I naturally love flavorful and spicy food. And I was not disappointed at all. I ordered the Kyushu Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, omu rice, chicken shoyu ramen and they were all excellent. But the deep fried gyoza dumplings were the highlight of all the dishes, it was so yummy and melted right in my mouth. It’s a perfect spot for dates too. The ambience is very pleasant.

I had a great experience this evening with this super cool find of a restaurant! It was my first time at this restaurant. I ordered the sweet chili wings (not pictured), curry omurice w/ tonkatsu, spicy tonkatsu ramen and tonkatsu ramen. Really awesome vibe and different experience! Food was really delicious. I really enjoyed the sweet chili wings, especially. Staff was friendly and informative for first timers.

I visited this location on a cold day for dinner with my SO. The owner greeted us with a big smile and was not afraid to speak with us about the restaurant, his story, and our story.

The atmosphere of this restaurant feels foreign, and it makes you feel like you’re not in Memphis. I love the lighting and artworks for decoration. Our server was fast and tech-savvy, and we ordered the ramen set with Thai tea, Steamed Pork Bao, and Katsuobushi ramen. All of them tasted great and felt like a full dining experience. The broth actually tasted light, which tasted more authentic and less heavy on the stomach. Thai tea was great, and their taro milk for dessert was delicious. One suggestion to make the ramen more authentic and less American is the quality of Chashu, as it was not as tender and juicy – almost taste pre-made. Like traditional Tonkatsu ramen, I wonder if they prepare fresh chashu every night to serve the next morning. Another suggestion is to remove the beehive cubicles, as it is way too loud to eat in such open space with servers constantly walking up and down the stairs

Overall, this place is a gem in Memphis, and I’d recommend anyone to visit here with their loved one for a good experience. This place deserves a rare 5-star review from my family.

It was a busy Saturday night, so we had to wait about 12-15 minutes for a table. They had chairs available while we waited. The place was beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

We ordered two drinks: brown sugar tea and fruit passion tea. The passion tea was the standout, with an abundance of fruit and a delightful flavor.

For appetizers, we opted for popcorn chicken. While it wasn’t the best in terms of taste, it had a sweet batter coating on the outside. It was accompanied by a dip sauce that was quite good on its own.

Finally, we ordered the ramen noodles. They were quite good, but nothing extraordinary, it was bland even after I add additional spices.

I absolutely love the food and atmosphere here. Service was quick and fast. You can push a button for the server’s attention. Lots of anime drawings on wooden back pieces. Food was superb. The takoyaki was so delicious!

I came here on a Sunday afternoon, the restaurant was 2/3 full roughly. The experience was awesome! The host seated me after asking for seating preference; downstairs or upstairs, and welcomed me to the restaurant (I came here for the ramen, but I have to mention the Japanese ambiance was so beautiful and serene). My ramen experience is a typical American experience- I have eaten in multiple big city (American) ramen restaurants, but nothing outside the US. The ramen I ordered was the 7B plate with curry and tonkatsu (absolutely the reason for my 5 star rating!). I also got the honey fruit green tea which had some jelly boba on the bottom and was a delicious cold green tea. I would say the most memorable part of my experience was the tasty ramen for sure! The only negative thing I have is the customer service here is different than most American restaurants – you should press a button for any service, payment, or order, so be ready for that system, takes some getting used to. I just moved in down the road from Columbus, Ohio and already know Kyuramen will be a go-to for me. 😉

This spot was honestly incredible. The atmosphere inside and decoration reminded me of being on a hip street in Japan, the service was great, and the food was fabulous. It’s hard to find omurice sometimes – not only do they have it, but they nailed it! So so good. Absolutely coming here any time I’m in Memphis.
